They charged 250 dollars deposite without letting us know Even when i tried to hear about this on the or messages i didnt get any response I was back from tulum go playa to find out more qboit it and they just invented some damages that we diddnt do in order to charge our deposite Very disappoiting service for the price

I loved the location.

The wifi signal does not reach any of the bedrooms. It could be solved easily with either reallocation or a repeater.

pool was amazing. living space was great. air conditioning was great. very spacious. overall location was amazing, right beside beach and 5th avenue (main strip). Wifi good. lots of utensils and plates and cooking was very easy. bathrooms were awesome size showers were nice pressure was good and hot water was there.

beds were awful. rock hard. the two people on the twin beds slept on the couches the entire trip. couches were good.

The condo was luxurious and was a pleasant surprise. It was large and beautifully furnished. The pools and grounds were wonderful. The staff stood out fir us. Not only welcoming they made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Mariam, the concierge, spent a lot of time organizing our tours and transportation, always smiling. The location is perfect, a long block to the ocean and one block to the main avenue that had restaurants and shops, and close to an upscale shopping center. I hated to leave to go to CanCun!

I liked the room and the pool.

What we didn’t like was that we had to go in through some dark stairs no lighted halls at night it was really dark and the other thing if we were to make noise before 10pm we would get punished by no light no water for a whole day. And the other bad thing was that we paid online because we ran out of cash and lost our card and when we were to check in we had to give a $5000 pesos deposit that they didn’t tell us about. We had to call this apps customer service and have them speak for us into them accepting the only cash we had left. They were really rude at the time we left that they had us go back like 5 times during the day for the deposite to be given back to us.

The unit had a great view of pool and a bit of the beach. Had great seating in balcony. Very walkable to quita avenida. Very spacious rooms, great kitchen clean bathrooms. Washer and dryer were great.

As soon as we got there we were told the elevator was not working, (but it was later on), the room smelled muggy like old wet clothes or like the air filters were not changed. The beds were squeaky, and the fabric on furniture felt like it was not cleaned or dusted often. I needed to place a towel to sit on couches. I also had to carry seven dirty towels back as part of check out. Also, the automatic door was not working for most of my stay. We had to knock and wait for someone to open door.

Ant problem in one bedroom. Could not open one of the sliding doors to balcony. One bathroom shower would not get hot. Beds were hard.

The location is very good, the breakfast in Plank restaurant is good.

There was a hanged bed in the codo which wasn't suitable for a family with kids. Two days after leaving I was charged 230 USD for the balcony door glass which I was told by email that they'd found it broken, despite of I came back to the reception 7 hours after checkout and they mentioned nothing about the broken glass, I believe it's kind of fraud.

Condo is pretty big. Super nice and modern. Clean. Rooms are of a good size. Comfortable stay. Kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook. Washer and dryer was great. Pool is awesome although water was hot it still refreshed us. The condo is situated 30 seconds away from the 5th avenue and from the beach. Near all of the bars and clubs. 5-10 minutes away from La Mega and Walmart.

The beach is nasty these days due to the seaweed. It smells bad too. Not the Hotel’s fault. Hopefully the seaweed goes away in the next couple of years because this use to be an awesome, beautiful, fun beach!
