Unfortunately, somewhat soundproof, no pool, not within walking distance to the town, no mosquito net in front of the window.

The property is very nice and well maintained. The room is impeccably clean, spacious and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The girl at the reception is extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us some information about the area and suggestions for restaurants. We had to leave early the next morning and couldn’t have breakfast, so she offered to prepare for us packed breakfast. That was very kind.

If I have to say one thing, my husband thought the shower cubicle was on the small side, but fine for me and I really appreciated the small shelf in the wall to place your shampoos and shower gels.

We had a great stay. Our room was very cozy and had a great view over the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings. The staff was super accommodating and made every request possible. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Exceptional boutique hotel with viewing balconies of olive trees and Gytheion Bay and a few minutes from the town of Gytheion. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are clean,spacious,beautiful set-up with individual terraces. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to the room. I’ll stay there again.

Beautiful place, a beach in a short walking distance, close to Gythio, perfect place to admire southern Peloponnese. Wonderfull, helpful hosts who helped to schedule optimum sightseeing route, advised great restaurants and local food. Breakfast basket delivered every morning to our room require special admiration and gratitude - perfect!

Very nice experience in general. Property is new, nicely designed and on very good location. Gytheo is few minutes away and there is great beach with bar few minutes away as well. Host are great and we had a great time.

I liked very much the location, the view from my room was superb! The room was very nice, had a traditional decoration, and with a walking distance to a very nice beach. The breakfast also was exceptional!

beautifully decorated and maintained. large room with decent sized bathroom. good water pressure. very comfortable bed with nice sheets. it was very warm when we stayed and air conditioning worked well. it was only a short stay, would be nice to stay when a bit cooler and we could have walked around the grounds more. great breakfast brought to our room.

it was all great. you will need a car to drive to beaches and restaurants.

The view, the balcony, the decor, the olive tree on the bedroom wall, the mini kitchen facilities, the welcome, the lady on reception, the breakfast in a basket, the very comfortable beds, the restaurant recommendations, the quiet air con, the super trendy seating outside and the proximity to the beach!

Maybe the mezzanine was not ideal for 17 and 14 year old and better for much younger children.
