La colazione non c'era anche se dall'annuncio faceva capire che era compresa. Parlando con il proprietario ha detto che si può avere dal bar vicino in camera su richiesta ed a pagamento.
La camera anche se con tutti i confort era minimale nello spazio. La colazione dall'annuncio sembrava che ci fosse ma invece sembra che ci sia per gli operai che soggiornano e solo su richiesta a pagamento extra consegnata dal bar vicino. Il B&B anche se ha gli infissi nuovi stando di fianco alle rotaie del treno si sente il passaggio. La posizione è comoda per un certo verso perchè in posizione strategica e non c'è casino intorno. (a parte i treni). Passando il sottopassaggio della ferrovia ci si affaccia direttamente al corso principale della movida dove ci sono tutti i servizi. Un pochino lontano dalla spiaggia se si hanno bambini piccoli.

Excellent location for relaxed access to Rome and/or Fiumcino airport. 2 mins walk to Ladispoli station, quiet (despite being next to the railway line), plenty of laid-back bars/restaurants. Private balcony plus roof-top shady terrace. Helpful staff. About 10 mins walk to private and public beaches, plenty of shopping. Train takes 30 mins to Rome centre, 50 mins to airport (into Rome, change at Travestere). Much less hassle for a one-night stopover than central Rome.

Room was clean and spaious. Bed was quite comfortable. We could not utilise the terrace as we stayed only for the night. Terrace was huge and you could have morning/evening tea/coffee/drinks. There is a separate kitchen area but only with microwave.
No basic amenities were available in the room, for eg. kettle, mugs, etc. No coffee maker but a coffee vending machine is available downstairs. Even drinking water bottle you need to buy from vending machine.

Was just a bed for the night heat the station on the way to the ship.
Bed was soooo hard. AC noisy but we weren’t there long. David needed to advise you must open the front gate BEFORE you drop the keys. You need a key to exit the property which is also a fire risk.

not enough sockets. my plugs did not fit. i had to unplug the hairdryer to plug in my phone charger.
also on a very hot day, I would like to open the bathroom window to have a flow of air but then the mosquitoes come in - would be nice to have a mosquito net on that window.

Super friendly guy that runs the place. Good location for trains, but also for passing through - I was traveling South to North and it was a great option for a night. Not busy like Rome, but with plenty of restaurants etc

I really like Guest House Roma Express. I come here once a year in August, it was my third stay since 2019. Location could not be better for someone who comes by train. Beach is 10 minutes walk from the house. Several cafes, shops, restaurants can be found in the area. And most importantly, train to Rome is 40 minutes.
Room is always very clean, beautiful roof top terrace. Easy check-in.
If you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.
Enjoy Ladispoli, I absolutely recommend to stay in Guest House Roma Express.

Very close to the train station and perfect connection to the airport.
The beaches are also very close to the hotel and the room was very clean. The owner was also very friendly so at least we had a really good stay
