Das Personal am Morgen war freundlich

Der Empfang war erschreckend, nach lombok eine Enttäuschung. Die Zimmer sind nutzbar, aber nur eine Tagesfrage zum zudecken, das Bad war naja. Die Dusche konnte man mit Nieselregen vergleichen. Die Toiletten sehr unsauber.

Poloha hotelu ,zahrada. Škoda, že je to takové zanedbané.Snídaně jednoduchá,ale postačující.

Ubytování působilo opotřebovaně. Zaprané ručníky, ušmudlané matrace u bazénu. Majitel musí hodně zapracovat na zlepšení.

Limpeza razoável Café da manhã é um problema na Indonésia para quem está acostumado com Brasil Escolhemos este hotel pela estratégia do pier para ir para Gili. Mas hoje iria para Sanur. Muito mais fácil. Fica muito distante.

Bydleli jsme zde potřetí s odstupem několika let. Je skvělé, že hotel stále udržuje kvalitní služby a nabízí jedinečné ubytování v centru Padangbai. Bydlení je ve stylových pokojích, které jsou čisté a mají velmi pohodlné a veliké postele. Každá jednotka má vlastní terasu/balkon pro posezení. Nově instalované klimatizace jsou příjemné. Bazén je několik kroků z každého pokoje. V překrásné zahradě jsou celkem tři různé bazény s lehátky a malou částí pro děti s hloubkou cca 60 - 70 cm. Hotel poskytuje ubytovaným snídaně které jsou relativně jednoduché ale zajímavé, i při delším pobytu jsme si je užívali. Na recepci je kdykoliv k disposici chlazená voda v lahvích. Personál je ochotný a vstřícný jakýmkoliv požadavkům, jen někdy maličko vázla domluva kvůli nižší úrovni angličtiny. Součástí hotelu je i restaurace kde výborně vaří a ceny jsou přimeřeně stejné jako v ostatních restauracích v okolí.

Prospěla by drobná údžba dveří a klikových mechanismů které se občas obtížně zavírají a zamykají. Úklid pokojů je pouze na vyžádání a po odevzdání klíčů, neprobíhá automaticky. Voda v bazénech bývá opravdu teplá - chtělo by to chlazení:)

De Lokatie voor 1 nacht voor vertrek naar Gili eilanden in de ochtend is perfect loopafstand naar de boten. Houd het ticket voor “de haveningang” bij je die wordt daar gecheckt zodra je naar de boot wilt lopen.

Personeel onvriendelijk, algehele hygiene is matig, gedateerd, ontbijt is niet te doen.

This was our second stay here. We went back as it was the perfect location for us. The staff were amazing. Lovely pool. Excellent value for money again and we were very happy to return

It's a great hotel before getting the boat across to Gili Air. The local food in the restaurant is delicious. The swimming pools were bigger than expected and a welcome respite from the humidity after travelling.

We were woken up by out neighbour's as sound travels quite easily through the two rooms next to each other.

Hôtel à côté de l’embarcadère pour aller aux îles Gili, donc très pratique, et face à la plage. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. Bon restaurant, mais il y en a plein d’autres le long de la baie. 3 piscines dans un jardin décoré de statues et arboré.

Chambre très simple, équipement sommaire, moyennement confortable. Juste pour une nuit, c’est tout.

Cogimos este hotel para el día anterior de coger el barco para dirigirnos a las islas Gili. Y ubicación del puerto a 1 minuto. Enfrente de la playa y puestos para hacer snorkel. Que pudimos hacer en un puesto de enfrente al hotel y mejor imposible.

El sitio esta muy bien cuidado, esta limpio y tiene buenas piscinas.

Mucho jaleo, ya que esta en el mismo puerto para ir a las Islas. Pero es lo negativo y lo positivo, ya que es ideal para noche anterior a coger Ferry.

Location was good, Sea view and every possible thing nearby Scuba Snorkelling service, restaurants, Currency exchange places and cafés ast walking distance Taxi service available We took snorkelling package which was a great experience and best for the price they charged

There is list of that 1- We had booked twin bed room and informed hotel to make it Double bed as it’s is a couple stay but didn’t get it they had to manage it by moving twin beds and making it double which was very uncomfortable to sleep. 2-Bathroom Amenities were missing such as toiletries etc 3-Biggest issue was room cleanliness- all the tabs,Shower & Jet in bathroom had soap marks on it which were not even cleaned. Little OCD about it so had to clean bathroom myself 4-Breakfast was below Average for such a huge property

Great value for money. Made and the team went out of their way to assist. Weather it was to the beach or doctor for eat infection. Pick up and drop off. Great restaurant on the property and around . We were there for 3 weeks and never got tired of the food. Great pools all 3 of them. Would recommend it to everyone.

Our room was specious and super large beds. Top floor views and 3 pools to chose from. Great location.

Need to upgrade TV’s to modern tech as was told none of them worked. But kids as kids kept trying to work them.

We had to book one night in Padang Bai, because our travel plans changed, and a friend recommended Puri Rai to us. We couldn't have decided better! We got a big room directly at the swimming pool, with very comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is directly at the harbour, and so it's easy to hop on\off a boat to the Gilis, Lombok and other islands. PS: We visited the nearby Blue Lagoon beach, it's nice but the waves were a bit rowdy, and so we decided to get back to the hotel and chill out at the pool. PS2: if you'd like to eat some delicious local meals (large portions for small prices), make sure to visit the Martini's warung at the nearby municipal parking lot.

Facilities were poor, electrical cords hanging out, tv didn’t work.
