The location of the facility is good. Almost in the heart of the city because just a short walk away. Getting the keys is very easy because when we got off the train, the reception desk is on the way. The apartment is very clean and tidy. Well renovated and decorated. It has the comport of a home. It has all the kitchen equipment you may need. The bed is pretty big to rest comfortably.

The downside is that we had a bed experience during our stay. In the morning of the first night at 4 or 5 am, someone rang the bell to wake us. And the same thing happened in the very early morning of the second night. A couple of girls was insistingly pushing the doorbell button again and shouting. Another thing is that although, we were with my wife and son in total three, there was a big bed and a sofa without sheet and pillow. It wasnt a very comfortable and restful stay but still it is a nice facility.
