the location is great, parking was easy, and loved the convenience of a grocery store being down stairs. the patio was also a huge hit for our family.

Our stay was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed for a girls trip. We were a party of 5 and we had enough space. The view on the balcony was amazing. Grocery store Tommy + ATM machine was downstairs, couple minutes walk. We Uber to the split city center everyday (cheap) and took only 7-8 minutes. Rooms were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Our coffee machine stopped working the next day and we got it replaced immediately the next day by Mia (property manager) and she was very friendly. The in apartment Sauna was a Great touch and we loved it!!!!! The only thing was the washing machine was rather small and had no time on it so we didn’t know when our towels would be done by. And no detergent (bring some or buy some) and would be nice to have more tea towels to clean the kitchen with. We weren’t able to take long showers because it ran out of hot water. There were two sofa beds and they weren’t the most comfortable since one side was not evened out. We kept in contact via WhatsApp and they also checked on us, which showed they cared. Nice touch. Thank you for the nice time in split.

The jacuzzi is amazing on the patio. The room is quite nice. The apartment was fully equipped with a full kitchen for cooking. The apartment is quite big so 2 persons can easily stay there.

Furniture is a bit worn out but okay. Location is far from Split city center so you need a taxi each time you wanna go. The beach nearby is stone not sand.

The place was spacious and we'll decorated. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

the apartment is old and worn, bathroom model 80s, sofa broken and destroyed, the bed in the bedroom the same, unfurnished, barely 2 stars, I paid 4 stars to stay at 2, full public parking all the time, possibility to park on beach, bad road full of potholes, non-functional appliances with labels on them..at 4 stars, a mockery of the customer, to which the staff responded that they know about the problem and they are sorry, totally disappointed away from the pictures displayed on booking, I specify that it is the apartment with jacuzzi on the ground floor terrace

Clean apartment with a equipped kitchen. The crib for my son also was fine. Good views from the balcony.

They ask for a very high deposit it doesn't matter if you spend one night or one week. I discovered it after my booking so I could not cancelled it. It was my fault as I didn't read carefully bu I always avoid this kind of deposit especially if they don't give back the amount imediatelly but is all related with banks. The bathroom has humidity on the walls
