The location of this property is wonderful and the views are spectacular. The house was clean although the kitchen could use some more items and there were a few minor things that could be fixed.

This property is just right for a family. Plenty of room and the location is the best. Right across from beach and beach is not crowded at all! Second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

Mold visible in 1 shower and back porch. We did reach out to management before posting a review to be fair. But we received a generic response. We will book again. Just want other to be prepared when booking .

Perfect location! Ocean views of ocean right across the street and one minute walk to beach. This place was awesome and we will be back!

Loved everything about the place! The ONLY thing the owner should consider is better kitchen utensils. Needs a good frying pan. Otherwise, excellent location and house!

I reported on Sunday and they finally came to fix on Friday late afternoon so it was not as pleasant for my daughter and her family who stayed on the bottom level. Still waiting to hear back from blueswell. Other than this issue and really firm beds, everything was great. We may consider staying here again.

House was beautiful and in a great Location and neighborhood. Only bad thing I have to say is the house was not that clean at check in. You can definitely tell the house was half fast cleaned. Me and my Family had to do a deep clean before we took our stuff in. We did like the quick response when we had a question. Overall I give it three stars because of The dirtiness at check-in.

Very convenient location. Simply walk right across the street and you're at a beautiful beach! We've stayed at several very nice high rise condos down the street over the years and enjoyed those stays. But this was much better in that there are less people and there is plenty of room to spread out on the beach. You're not going to be right on top of other people like you would be at the high rise beach areas. We brought our chairs and umbrellas but you can also rent items too. I forget if it's through the manager or otherwise, but it's an option.

All of the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had lots of room to relax all over the house. Large master bed and bath with large balcony on top floor. The kitchen and living room area are perfectly set up for families to enjoy time together in the evenings or to have breakfast together, play games, etc. There is a hose and shower right next to the front door to wash the sand off before entering. The garage opens from the inside and we kept our beach gear there without worrying about getting the house dirty. Short drive to shopping and restaurants, Pier Park, etc.

Coffee maker malfunctioned first day and they replaced it right away the same day. The only thing I would change is that the washer/dryer need to be replaced soon, as they are pretty worn down from lots of use.

This was our favorite PCB/Destin stay ever and we definitely recommend this to others. We will hopefully be back!

We loved this property. We normally stay in a condo but I love this house. Very nice, comfortable and perfect location. Easy walk across to the beach and not crowded at all.

We had a great stay at this property. The owners we always in communication. The property was amazing. Perfect location to the beach and everything we wanted.

Great location and house! Only downside was tv connectivity was awful. Couldn’t watch television due to it freezing and then when it returned tv would either change channels or freeze up again. Mattresses in bunk room were too thin for older children/adults. Fix these two things and rental would be perfect!

If I had any feedback I would so the bunk beds do need either thicker mattresses or bunkie boards. The mattress easily slipped through the slats and caused my eleven year old to fall through and hit his face. We just didn’t use the top bunks after that.

After a long year with Covid, this was a well needed beach getaway. This property offered great views and was able to accommodate my whole family. I would definably recommend!!!

Great location right across from the beach. Very clean and well stocked with all kitchen ware. Rooms and baths were large.

Sunnyside is my favorite place to stay at the beach, very quiet but still convenient to Pier Par, Thomas Donuts and The Carousel. We had 4 couples so the layout was awesome, everyone had their own private space when needed. Washing machine didn’t work, repair man came promptly the next day, got it working while he was there but quit working after that. The only negative I could speak of would be the mattresses. For this to be such top notch rental property, the mattress were very uncomfortable. One couple ended up sleeping on the sectional after the first night. With that being said, we would definitely stay at this property again! Our side of the duplex was very elegant, clean, and the property management was always quick to respond and very friendly.
