The location was very good. Only a couple minutes walk from a large supermarket, and about 5-10 minute walk from the train station. A good few restaurants nearby were also very handy. A good range of appliances within the hotel itself. Many towels were provided, as well as shampoo.

The bedroom got incredibly hot, even with the use of the fan. The freezer door would not shut properly, leading to the contents not to freeze, and instead melt in the 30 degree weather.

Le Felix Grat was a good and affordable residence for our week in attendance of the 24h Le Mans. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were all in good condition. The common areas were regularly cleaned, and suitably decorated. We also enjoyed the goldfish in the kitchen/dining area.

The washing machine malfunctioned and I wasn't able to retrieve anything from it prior to check-out. Currently attempting to liaise with staff to organise shipping at my expense. The kitchen was also slightly understocked; we had to purchase a knife as available utensils were not suited to food prep.

Located in the centre.. comfortable and practical communial sitting room & kitchen... bedrooms more than adequate...shared bathroom & toilet no problem.

The goldfish was hungry

It was clean and comfortable, quiet, close to the center and to shops. We had private bathroom and common kitchen with all facilities.

the stairs are very steep and many the ceiling was low on the bathroom
