Location of property, cleanliness and coziness

Great location!!! The property is very well looked after. I would recommend the property due to its location and great kitchen in particular. Aude, the owner was very easy to deal with and promptly responded to all our queries. A very positive experience overall.

We felt that extra toilet paper and tissues should be on site, and due to no closet space in the bedrooms, particularly the smaller bedroom, that more hangers should be made available. Also it would be nice to provide laundry detergent for guests who want to use the washing machine and don't want to purchase a giant box of detergent especially for a short stay.

Parking was a pain.. probably due to the food festival that was on at the time, but the owner had informed us of that and where to park.

Dont pay in public car parks if you dont mind walking 10-15 minutes

More dishes to use in the microwave might have been useful

Noisy! Not much sleep. Closing the window was not an option because of the heatwave. Ear plugs a must! Lounge area dark.

The property was spotlessly clean & very central.

The house and location was wonderful.

The house is very small for more than a couple of nights stay .There is no dressing table to do makeup & hair . The house was not very clean with lots of dust on all surfaces including towel rails : Tiles in bathroom were not cleaned. The coffee machine was dirty . All in all not for us .

Location, internal furnishings, size. Really enjoyed our stay, lovely atmosphere inside and out 👍

Some kitchen utensils missing, but replaced by owner. Key to lower lock on front door doesn't work from inside.. A bit noisy nearby pub Sat night, other nights peaceful...

Cleanliness was spot on, facilities were great and the house was situated perfectly in Christchurch.

Central location great for accessing local amenities

location was great, the property is compact but great for just retiring to after a long days out.

Some kitchen provisions would have been most welcome as we arrived late, perhaps some milk, bread, short eats, jams would have been most welcome. Upon arrival at a similarly priced property we received a goodie box that ensure we could make a hot drink for adults and kids and fresh bread and a half bottle of wine, not essential, but certainly makes airbanb a home from home. I'm from Southbourne myself so am very familiar with the area, so I know how safe it is compared to other in city areas, but there was a group of about 10 boys on bikes when we arrived around 21:00, which would have scared the life out of some prospective customers. I would suggest putting up a camera to attempt to deter them from hanging around and moving on away from your property.

cute little cottage, nicely decorated and furnished. Well located within easy walking distance of all amenities. would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location was perfect for the town centre , only a short walk to bars and restaurants.

Parking restrictions , but we were very lucky to find parking nearby that we did not have to pay for.

Excellent location

It was very small , which would be fine for 2 people, but we were a family of 4. This is not a criticism !!

The Coffee maker still had the remains from the last user, There was fresh blood on the mattress cover. which we found when we stripped the bed as asked .
