Rooms are spacious.

They charge extra money from me and left me with no choice. And room was not clean cigarettes left by other guests found in room .

Breakfast wasnt provided, infact they said they didnt have kitchen in place to begin with . Id like to initiate a refund here

everything… they increased the price and said booking.com has some error and now you have to pay the increased price which was double of what I booked at..strong action should be taken against them…it is just a strategy to make people come to them and then they start their game

Hotel price which is shown in the online booking they take different from it and online charge less has compare they take........not satisfied with online booking charges for this hotel

Poor cleaning, bad linen, cupboards with litter -alchohol bottles, poor floor cleaning, bad and dirty corridor, door handle for bathroom broken, no dustbins in room, no room service nor were basic tea coffee facilities provided. No drinking water
