The place was unbelievable. Big bedrooms, nice big lounge dinning area. Bathroom was nice and clean and the extra toilet room was a nice suprise . Kitchen was ok. Maybe needs a bit of work. Its a bit old but everything we needed were there.
Great place in a very nice location. Right downtown. Everythinh very close..
Host was nice and communication with him was perfect

Only thing i can think of is the parking problem, but downtown Athens has a problem with parking. There is a parking place close by, tho.

The appartment has a great position, 20 minutes walk to Plaka and 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station with direct access to the airport. It is located in a beautiful area, clean and safe, with a lot of restaurants and coffes shop.
It is huge, has comfortable beds, very clean and well mentained.
We loved everything here!

Spacious extremely comfortable full size (150 sq meters) apartment in the heart of Kolonaki.
Michalis was extremely helpful in every way.
I highly recommend this location. We have apartments that have been in our family since the 1960s on Dinokratous and Clemomenous but they've been rented out since the 1990s given that we lov6e state side. In the past we normally stay at one of the local hotels but from now on, as long as it stays at such an economical bargain, the Irodotou Grand apartments are 20 out of 10 star option for my family.
If I could give more stars I would.
The central room does not have AC but does have a window. Early October it was quite comfortable.
The bed in the large Master room squeaked a bit. This is the room with the angled window, not the balcony.
The shower, while large, was a bit cramped. Pro tip stay either to the left or to the right of the spigot to avoid bumping into it and changing the water temperature.

The apartment is very spacious and really great place for a group of travelers. It's located in a very good area from which you can access any place to the downtown of Athens. It has a nice large balcony where you can sit and relax after a long day. The owner is very supportive and gave sound advices. I really appreciative!

The apartment fulfilled our expectations to a 100%! Excellent location at the heart of Kolonaki. Really quite and beautifully furnished. A true value for money accommodation.

The apartment is very spacious and is in the best quarter of central Athens. The mattresses are comfortable. It’s very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
The parkings in the quarter (Colonaki) are a bit costly - I paid 58 euro for two nights.

Very friendly host, size of the apartment (very spacious, nice balcony, great location in lively neighborhood. And the basics needs were there in the kitchen like tea, sucre, etc.

Very close to the city center and historical heritages. Big room with economical prices. I would recommend passengers to stay here.
The smallest room doesn’t have air conditioner. The room is hot if the local temperature is high. So one of my friend has to sleep in the living room. But the sofa in the living room is very big and comfortable.

The apartment is huge, quiet, clean, in the centre of Kolonaki and close to trendy cafes, shops, public transport and iconic buildings. Great value for money considering the size and location. Michalis was a great host and dropped off an additional desk so the children could do online schooling.
