Beautiful property. Exactly as expected. Perfect spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Enjoyed using the bikes to go down to the market for breakfast sandwiches and sweet treats. Convenient access to bus that gets you downtown in 15-20 mins.

We had a great long weekend vacation here on Sconset. The garage apartment is a perfect little spot in Sconset with amazing views. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck with gorgeous views of the ocean. The bikes with baskets were really nice and made getting around so easy. Thanks for having us!

My husband and I just stayed at Kate's place for 3 days at the end of July. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to town (3 blocks) or the beach (2 blocks). We took the bikes to the lighthouse one day (about 2 mi) and enjoyed every minute. We did not have a car and instead used cab/lyft, which worked out well as long as we called ahead. We saw a lot of the island and this location worked well for us. Public transit is easy to jump on in town if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet get away with a fantastic view. This was out 1st trip to Nantucket and we hope to be back again!

Although the weather wasn’t great our visit was terrific. The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. We took advantage of the bikes in between the showers and a very short walk to the center of Sconset where you can get sandwiches for lunch and dinner at the Chanticleer which we highly recommend! Next time we hope the sun will come out!

Good for a couple to enjoy the island

The apartment is absolutely wonderful. And the view to the ocean is extraordinary. Can’t imagine finding a better place to stay.

Beautiful spot for a nice quet getaway for me and the hubby!

The apartment was over a garage in a very quiet neighborhood. It had an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. There was a balcony with a great view of the ocean. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space. Bathroom had a nice walk in shower. It was very nice and clean. The apartment was well stocked with supplies (anything you could need in the kitchen, lots of books, games, and traveler guides. The medicine cabinet was even stocked with sunscreen, Calamine lotion, etc.) There was a fireplace, wifi, and cable TV. It was a short walk to public beach access (not crowded) with a cute village market, ice cream and sandwich shop. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this place for friends.

The ‘Sconset apartment was beautiful and perfectly situated close to the village center, which made walking down for coffee, breakfast and ice cream a breeze! We enjoyed using the bicycles Kate offered to cruise the neighborhood and take in the Nantucket views. The house was well-appointed and perfect for a couples getaway. An ocean view from the private deck couldn’t be beat! We truly had a wonderful experience on the island with this apartment as our home base.

I loved the peace and quiet. It was a clean, safe and very comfortable experience. Kate was very responsive to all of my questions!

We loved the property with its beautiful view of the ocean. Aside from some disappointing details like lack of soap or shampoo in the shower and an empty tissue box in the bathroom, we couldn’t have been happier with this charming home.

This property is amazing! It is a very convenient location to EVERYTHING Nantucket yet secluded with an amazing ocean view. The sunrises were fantastic. We will return.

Overall, a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The accommodations were lovely and constructed well. Exactly as described. There were 2 little dogs that never stopped barking the entire stay so that was very disappointing and may have been to other neighbors as well. The apartment overlooks the owner's driveway and front porch so there was not a private moment without hearing the dogs. One night the owner had guests and left the dogs in the yard, who pleaded for over an hour to get into the house. We just escaped whenever the noise got to be too much. We needed to leave one night early and while we did not expect a refund, we felt we should have anyways due to the dogs. I think if that issue were resolved, this would be ideal for two to spend a quiet time together.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very inviting and comfortable.

Our trip was absolutely wonderful. The cottage was beautiful and had great accommodations. The only issue was figuring out the AC but that was likely user error. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend On a separate note, we planned to buy groceries at the nearby market but it closed for the season and we had to Uber or rent a car to go anywhere. Something to plan for if you go after Labor Day

Just spent two nights here. The apartment is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Very comfortable bed, great views and all the amenities you need. Easy to communicate with property management. Could not ask for a nicer place. We hope to return.

I have to start out by saying Sconset and Kates property is absolutely magical. So enchanting and just breath taking. My mom and I came to the island to celebrate her 70th and this property was perfect for us. I can’t wait to come back with my husband. Kate is a gem and is so great with communicating. We had bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The whole experience was wonderful! I can’t wait to return!

Perfect for the two of us! Beautiful gardens @ Thalassa, abutting the Atlantic Ocean. Easy walk to Summer House for dining as well as to the town center, public transport and beach access. Location … location … location away from the crush of the holiday crowd.

This apartment was exactly as pictured and beyond delightful! It was my first time to Nantucket, and I am so glad that I had chosen this part of the island to stay on. The location is outside of the main town, but in the most gorgeous area. I would definitely stay here again if I go back.

When we got there the AC wasn't working and the owner didn't try to accommodate us! When we left the AC was still not working, feel sorry for the next guest.

This was our first time In Nantucket and wow, what a place. Views were outstanding, location is fantastic, the apartment is perfect for two people, what more do you need? We will most certainly be back!

Gorgeous location. Definitely recommend bringing a car over, as the property is far from town.
