Absolutely the best people working in this hotel apartment, they are the most helpful. The apartment is so clean and looks new . It's just missing a microwave and it's about 1 hour to reach the European side.

After our flight cancellation and airport closures in Istanbul on 5 Feb, we were lucky to be able to book this property again, the same night we checked out. Due to the storm, wind, snow, icy roads, we opted to spend most our time in the apartment. The accommodation was spacious enough to give the room necessary to stay there comfortably.

No nearby restaurants in the immediate area.

We booked two apartments, the 3 Bedroom and the Terrace. The 3 Bedroom is very spacious. The rooms are small but meet the basic needs. Master bedroom with attached bathroom, had a double bed. One bedroom has two twin beds and the third a larger bed (not sure the size). There is a second large bathroom as well. The dining area and the TV room were good size and can accommodate 6 adults. Bathrooms were of good size. Washing machine was very helpful. Outdoor parking is available as well as ample street parking. We used the street parking and a spot in front of hotel was always available. Kitchen has small balcony fitted with full gas top and stove and full fridge and dish washer is provided. The staff very friendly, and morning staff can communicate in English very well. Orhan and Hyder were very helpful. Thank you both. Within 5 minutes walking distance there are 3 mini-supermarkets (Sok, BIM, and Carrefour) all near each other, plus bakery and at least one cafe/restaurant. We were thankfully given early check-in. The Terrace apartment has small terrace. It has a large master bedroom. There is a second bedroom as well. Very large seating area, dining area, and open kitchen. It can accommodate 4 to 6 with the sofas is the seating area. The only problem is there is only one bathroom in this Apartment.

Kitchen could be better equipped with more pots, pans, and chef knife. Getting in and out to the property was a little tricky sometimes in particular to (1) one blocked street that is assumed open by maps but blocked by barrier, and (2) one right turn from main road that is missed by maps. A clothes dryer could be useful, but we used the drying rack indoor and putting it near the heating elements helped with drying quickly. Beds were not very comfortable. A breakfast option would have been nice. I am not sure of public transportation, but a car is highly recommended. The Hotel is far from most touristic sites and with heavy traffic will take a good time to reach and get back from these locations. The advantage is that the location is midway between Old City/Taksim, Yalova/Bursa/Uludag (ferry 10 minutes away, then 30 minutes ferry, and another hour to Bursa), and about 1.5 hours to Sabanga/Mashuqueye, and finally 30 minutes to SAW. Any of these trips can be done in one day (leaving by 9 am and returning by 9 pm).

Excellent hotel. Very clean, great design and interior. Lovely, very polite and cheerful staff! We need the Atasehir area, the hotel is conveniently located, very close. The area is very calm, clean and beautiful. Shops nearby. I will always stop. Thanks to the hotel staff!

the hotel is good and spical thanks for Reciption Staff Mr. Ahmed Mr.erdinc for them , they work to make gust satisfied i will come againe for Sure. i advise family to book here . there is Water hose in bathrom. good place for Gulf family. Carfour near to the hotel. there is free parking for car.
