Very basic B&B. The owner welcomed us to the place and served a basic breakfast next morning. The room was big and quite clean. Location is near Gorges du Verdon sights. There was big spiders in the room = eating other bugs. Free wifi worked ok. Good parking outside the B&B. Good lights in the room.

The moisture level in the room and especially in the bathroom was huge despite heating was on. Towels, floor, walls, ceiling, all tripping moisture the next mornig after the evening shower. That also meant there was mould problems. The bathroom was very basic, there was not even toilet paper holder. The bed was narrow and there was some dead bugs and previous customers hairs under the mattress. There was no view in the room, just the bushed backyard seeing in the window. The sound proofing is minimal. You can hear everything from other rooms. No powerpoint near the bed, only at the other side of the room.

Beautiful auberge-- very cozy, with plenty of comfortable seating, including outside in the garden. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Hosts were wonderful and generous (let us use laundry facilities). It was also a bird paradise-- so many song birds and even an owl nearby.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

A tranquil spot 2 km from the village of La Palud. It was so quiet, I could hear horses braying when I sat outside. The room is basic, but commodious. I was able to store my bicycle inside. There's also a refrigerator that guests can use. There's a terrific view from the Auberge.

Everything was great. Guests should know that it is 2 km to the village. There are at least three restaurants there. Reservations are recommended. The closest overlook to the Gorges du Verdon is about 3 km away.

Spacious room (even for 3 persons), good facilities (shower, WC, etc.), clean, minimalistic but convenient furniture. Excellent view on the countryside from the window in the morning. Very friendly hosts arranged for the room (we arrived late in the evening), served an excellent breakfast with top-quality local products. The property is located 500 m from the beginning of scenic route D23 to Gand Canyon du Verdon, ideal for car or bike travellers.

The property location is outside of the village, the address given in Booking.com did not work in our navigator, only the numerical coordinates did (after converting in Google Maps).

Everything. The rooms are large, cleaned and nicely furnished. Very good breakfast with quality products. Fantastic view and location in the nature.

The room is clean and spacious, view is nice.

Lack of staff communication. The internet was not working as expected in the evening and tried texting and calling but no answers whole night and had to miss work meeting etc. since phone/data reception is poor. The next morning, there was not follow up or explanation of the outage of internet.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Perfect location for visiting Verdon. Nice, spacious, clean rooms. As quiet and peaceful as can be. Nice French breakfast.

Mattresses a bit on the soft side, not very comfortable for our liking, but this is our subjective viewpoint.

Only sweet but good breakfast

A great location to explore the Gorges du Verdon. It is just off the Route des Cretes. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Tea and coffee was available at all times. A very quiet location with beautiful views. Not the place to stay, however, if you don't have a vehicle as the town of Palud du Verdon is approx 2 kms away.

Staff was not very welcoming or helpful. At breakfast the host was no where to be found eventually went to the kitchen to serve myself.

Comfortable bed, spacious room. Good simple breakfast. Travel information available in shared lounge area. Helpful host advised where to get a meal in town (a couple of Km’s away)

No drinks facilities in room, not even a glass in the bathroom. (Last minute booking on evening of stay, didn’t realise til host had gone)
