good location and facilities, expensive but mountain resort in France is not cheap

The apartment is in a great location, not too far from town but far enough not to be disturbed at night. If you don't like walking in ski boots then hire a locker at the lifts. It was very comfortable and a great size for a party of 8 people, we loved the communal area and the hot tub! I was impressed how the company responded very quickly to any questions we needed answering and it was really kind of them to give me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday!

It would have been good to have the basic cooking condiments supplied in the kitchen - salt, pepper, cooking oil. For the price of the chalet I would have also expected to have teabags, coffee (more than the few we were given) and sugar supplied.

Very comfortable and near the town and ski lifts in Morzine

Needs a few more storage facilities.

beds are great, sofa and table in kitchen comfortable. hot tub is great. lay out apartment great. near skilift. staff very responsive!

Windows are very large and low anybody passing by the property will look into the bedrooms/ living room. not a lot of privacy.

given a complimentary late check out at 4pm so we were able to ski on our last day in Morzine . many thanks

Good location, nice size apartment with good facilities

There was a smell in one bedroom from (potentially) a blocked or open drain. I paid £300 to have an early/late check in and out and this seemed excessive especially as the property was super keen to keep me to the approximate times I’d given

Great location for both main lifts and the local shops and restaurants. just far enough out to be away from the noise, but not too far to walk to all amenities.

The property was great with plenty of space, unfortunately emerald stay are not contactable between the hours of 7pm and 10am. This caused us a problem when we arrived as we were unable to contact anyone until the next morning. This issue we encountered was rectified the next day and the staff were apologetic, although this did cause a lot of stress on first night which could of been easily avoided. A 24hr emergency contact should always be available, imagine if we had lost the phone which had all the door codes on. !!! these are only sent on day of arrival.

modern and fabulous location close to Super Morzine lift and a casino supermarket. Also only a short walk into the centre of Morzine.
