We loved the location of the property and the ability to be outside on the deck with great views of the bay and the access to the beach. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are high end and very functional. Parking directly below the unit was very convenient.

Tony was great. That’s a given. We thought the apartment was so comfortable. Enjoyed the view. Location fantastic. Used the chaises and lovely area on the beach just for residents. Never too busy. The pricing of this unit fluctuates wildly relating to the seasons and weekends so look further out if it seems out of range. Our stay was perfect.

Great vacation rental! We loved this property which had everything we needed for a great week in Ptown. Clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, with a lovely deck and great view of the water. There was plenty of closet space and room for our stuff. The kitchen was great for food prep and we easily found anything needed. (First rental we've ever had with sharp knives!) We had great communication with the owner, who went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly. The shared beachfront deck was never crowded and I we had our choice of where to sit or lounge. It was great having parking on site. Would love to return!

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay. Tony was an A+++ Host. We had everything that we could wish for! The suite was very well equipped. Cooking supplies, toiletries, fluffy towels, and a very comfortable bed. The special touches like the cafe lights on the deck, the beach towels, and even a noise maker on the side of the bed (which we did not need to use as it was tucked away and very peaceful). The deck down by the water has very comfortable chaise lounges, and the light hitting the boats took our breath away! What a beautiful place... We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. :)

This beautiful ocean side condo is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It is located on the Main Street of Provincetown and there is no need to get in your car if you want to experience the town. Tony is the most conscientious host we have had. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is completely enjoyable. He even prepared a list of restaurants that were open during the off season highlighting his favorites. This is above and beyond

I can’t decide on the best feature of this beautiful waterfront condo. Perhaps it is the condo’s ideal location - conveniently situated on Commercial Street just steps away from the action, while at the same time located right on the beach with gorgeous views of the Provincetown Harbor. Maybe it is the condo itself - immaculate, updated, upscale and contains everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Or maybe it is the host, Tony. He is communicative, welcoming, knowledgeable, and he provided the most spot-on recommendations for dinners, activities and excursions. Thank you, Tony - we can’t wait to return!

The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained, spacious and well-designed, with everything a vacationer could want. Wonderful views of the water and perfectly located. Access to a great waterfront deck. Great and attentive owner who made the trip easy and made us feel welcome.

This was a last-minute booking but we hit the jackpot. The unit was clean, modern, and had plenty of space for us. Great bed, kitchen, living room - modern appliances, AC, etc. Great private deck with a lovely view and steps away from the bay beach, Commercial St/Tea Dance/restaurants, and easy going to the larger beach. Tony was an excellent communicator, and was so flexible with multiple requests. Would 100% stay here again if we're lucky to find an opening, and would recommend to others for certain. Thanks Tony!

We have stayed in Ptown a few times before but this time we were celebrating my Husbands 50th. We wanted a more centralized location to stay and be closer to the beach. Tidewatch fit the bill and then some. The Condo size, layout, cleanliness, and decor was perfect. The Condo is portrayed exactly how the photos are on the site. Sitting outside each morning drinking our coffee on the top deck right outside the door of the condo was exactly what we were looking for. There is a new retractable awning with lights that overhangs the outside table that was perfect on hot or raining days. The other deck on the beach was amazing and fun to people watch on the beach. The last few places we stayed in Ptown the shower were always small but Tidewatch was perfect. Our host’s hospitality was more than amazing. He reached out prior and checked in during our trip via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Communicating with him was fun and answered any and all questions we had right away. The best trip we have ever had in Ptown and give the Condo 5 stars and the Host 5 stars! Thank you Tony!!!

My partner and I have been coming to Ptown for the past 25 years and have rented quite a few different places over the years. Tidewatch ranks right at the top of our Provincetown accommodations and Tony is certainly the best and most helpful host we have ever dealt with. The condo is bright, clean, plenty spacious, superbly equipped, so comfortable and welcoming, and in a great location. The view of the harbor from the nice-sized deck is amazing and the complex has its own large deck right next to the beach with numerous, very comfy chaise longes. During our two week stay, it was always a treat to return to Tidewatch after an outing! Both before and after our arrival, i had questions for Tony and he always responded in a very timely, informative and friendly manner. He is just a great guy! For as long as Tidewatch is available to rent, we plan to return every summer as we can not imagine finding any spot we could possibly enjoy more!

This was the second time we stayed at Tidewatch. The unit is absolutely immaculate and exactly as pictured in the photos. Tony is an absolute pleasure to communicate with and checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ensure things were going smoothly. From the beautiful countertops, the surround sound, to the gorgeous deck, overlooking the water and the beach deck, we could have stayed here for the entire summer. Tidewatch is supremely located downtown, and we only used our bikes to get to the beach. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this central oceanfront apartment. Amazing special layout, super comfortable and best of all great amenities. Not to mention the host was super attentive and courteous and went out of his way to help us with our accommodations and check-in. I would repeat in a heartbeat!!!

We loved this condo! Very well styled and appointed with everything you’ll need. The outdoor terrace has glorious views of the sea and table and chairs for dining. Plus the deck at the beach provides lounging and seating for sunbathing or sunset cocktails. Our host provided upscale grooming products and recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. We will be glad to return as guests of this property again.

For context, my wife and I spent 4 nights there; combining a little bit of work, with a quiet birthday celebration (for her). Our goal was to get out of the city, and spend a ‘socially-distanced’ long weekend in a relaxed setting, 'with an ocean view'. This property was perfect for that! We enjoyed early morning walks through town, breakfast on the deck (as well as early evening cocktails), walks on the beach, and dinners ‘at-home’. Our host was especially cordial as well; providing advance guidance on things to do, great food options; plus being generally available for any question throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time there, and plan to return again soon.

We had a great week in P-town and really loved this condo. It’s very comfortable with everything we needed. Tony was attentive and responded right away to any questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location is great - you can easily walk into town, enjoy the view from the deck or living room, or go down and sit comfortable on the chairs on the platform on the beach.

The owner has this property stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Everything is new. The deck is a wonderful way to dine or just chat

Amazing time here at end of August. Tony was incredibly communicative (reaching out several times to make sure we had everything we needed). The property was clean, updated, great kitchen area, soft towels and that view was everything. Neighbors were friendly and respectful. Would love to visit again!

Overall great experience. The owner proactively reached out to provide useful information about the condo and Provincetown during Covid. He provided great recommendations (my favorite is Sal’s). Check in was seamless and the view from the condo was perfect. Great location. I hope to make it back to Provincetown soon and will look to stay there again.

Staying at Tony’s was perfect. The space feels open and breezy like you want a beach house to be, with the right amount of cozy. The location is killer, full stop. The lil condo complex is tucked away that you would never know it’s right off commercial. It allows you to engage, or disengage, with the hustle of Ptown as much as you’d like. Tony was great to rent from; not only did he make check in seamless but was also a great resource for any questions I had while we were there - including food recommendations. As far as renting during a pandemic, Tony made sure the space was cleaned and provided all the details for both condo and town health protocols. The icing on the cake was the view from either the couch or the deck! Hope to be back soon.

This condo is the best of both worlds. It’s centrally located to town and right on the harbor. Tony is the consummate host. Prior to arrival, he provided detailed instructions about his condo and offered dining and entertainment suggestions for Ptown. Once I arrived, he checked in with me to make sure my experience would be a great. I felt very much at home. The condo itself is well maintained, clean, and well furnished. The outdoor deck is an added bonus. I encourage anyone or couple looking at a trip to Ptown to check out this condo.

Location, location, location! A fantastic spot in the West End of P-Town on the beach and only minutes from the action of Commercial Street. View from the condo's deck--as well as the community deck--was stunning and a great way to begin the day with coffee and end the day with a cocktail. The condo itself was a perfect size for the two of us; it was decorated beautifully with all the comforts of home. We would highly recommend it and we will be booking again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Tidewatch. The apartment is new, clean and very centrally located. Access to the beach was a real added bonus. This newly remodeled unit is just like it looks on the listing. It was very clean and comfortable with everything a couple could need on a vacation. The unit’s private deck is the best part. We had breakfast there every morning and enjoyed a glass of wine at sunset each night. The retractable awing with lights makes the deck usable anytime and extends your living space. The unit’s owner is really easy to work with and thought of everything to make our stay feel like a five star visit.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo. Perfect location, great decor, high end towels, linens, and furniture and a fantastic property manager who goes above and beyond. Everything has been so thought out to make sure the guests have everything they need. Highly recommend!

We were very lucky to find this one-bedroom condo available for rent over Labor Day weekend. It’s on the top floor of a very cute and quiet complex, just steps away from the beach, and near the heart of all the action. You can wake up and walk to Joe’s Coffee in two minutes...or head the opposite direction to Relish or The Red Inn. Ptown bikes is just a few blocks away for easy rentals (make a reservation online for fast service). The condo is sleek and modern, equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is comfortable and easy to keep cool (there are two AC units in the condo, we only ever needed to use one). The shower seems brand new, with great water pressure...a welcome relief after a day at the beach. The patio is perfect for morning coffee, and has fun string lights that create a festive atmosphere at night. Tony is super communicative and quick to respond to any questions you may have. Can’t say enough good things about this property! It’s just as amazing as it looks from all the pics and other reviews. Thanks for a great stay, Tony!

We spent five wonderful days in Provincetown at the end of carnival week. This unit was just perfect for our needs; the owner was very gracious and accommodating, and the property itself is sleekly designed with high-end fixtures, and an appealing, modern look. There's even a terrace with a table for dining, and it features gorgeous views of the water, making for some dramatic sunsets. The bathroom was furnished with sumptuous products, and the kitchen had everything a visitor could need. The bed was comfy, and the whole place was impeccably clean upon our arrival. If you're looking for a one-bedroom retreat in Ptown, this just might fill the bill. We loved it.

We've stayed at a few Vrbo places in Ptown during the past few years, and this spacious and comfortable one-bedroom condo is among the best! New on the rental market this summer (so happy we found it on Vrbo!), the near West End location, private deck, common sunning deck with beach access, stellar view at all times of day, amenities in the condo and sincerely delightful owner (Tony was super easy to work with and is excellent at communicating with his guests) can't be beat. We'll definitely be back, and I expect this place will be a very popular rental unit once more people know about and experience it. I just hope we can find openings on what's sure to become a full rental calendar.
