Location, really close to the beach stores and delivery close by, easy to get supplies.

They are supper friendly and accomadate all needs

This place is 4 stack of fully equipped apartments with a common walk up staircase and large balcony with table and chairs, I had the the top floor which had wraparound windows with 360 views to the ocean incredible views. The front room is the bedroom with basic directtv, AC, and the back room is your kitchen with full stove oven refrigerator and bathroom. Punta Sal can be a little dull, so for me enjoying my place was a relief. The owners were very kind and helpful they speak good English. This place is an excellent choice if you want to take advantage of all that ridiculously inexpensive produce at the market in Mancorara, and enjoy the beautiful beach at Punta Sal.

The room was clean, light, spacious and cool and it's well equipped with a kitchen, filtered water, etc. It would be good for a family. It was within easy walking distance of the beach and all amenities, etc. The owner was very friendly when I spoke to her on the phone (she was abroad) and I felt reassured that she cared about my stay.

I found it quite difficult to find the property at the outset, though to be fair there's a Canadian flag flying outside the building. The guy left in charge of the property seemed quite preoccupied and inattentive. For instance, it wasn't convenient for him to sort out payment on my arrival and this meant I had to wait around the following morning - I'd have preferred to have got it sorted straight away. He had little English and I had little Spanish so there were some communication difficulties. There was an overpowering smell of sewage in the room during my stay and this wasn't mentioned; I remained only one night as a result.
