The property was well-kept up in a small hillock with a good view of the sea n the Old Town in the distant. Ana, the owner was an excellent hostess, always making sure we were well looked after. We arrived late into the night n she was waiting for us with her signature pancakes which were delicious.

We couldn't have stayed in a better apartment. Everything was just perfect. The view from the balcony is stunning, the best view we could've have. The apartment looks cozy, it's clean, it's very close to the Jacob Beach... what else could anyone ask for?! Not to mention the parking spot, which is something hard to find in Dubrovnik and the public parking lots are quite expensive. Everything the apartment had to offer was astonishing, but Ana's hospitality took our vacation to another level. We read all the nice comments about her before booking, but the experience was even better than we expected. Ana is genuinely kind, we have nothing but gratitude for her. Her generosity and hospitality are truly inspiring. She made us some delicious crepes when we arrived, just what we needed after a couple of hours of driving and gave us some wonderful tips about the places and restaurants to check out that we were not aware of. The only regret we have is that we couldn't stay longer. We would have liked a day in which we could only stay at the accommodation.

Nothing to complain about, it's just a piece of advice for future guests: the street where the apartment is situated is quite narrow and there are small traffic jams. So, if you order an Uber, make sure to consider some time buffer.

This was definitely the best appartment we ever had on vacation. Ana is so nice and she helped with everything she she could, even after we left she still gave us tips about our next destination (and not to mention again the great pancakes :). The view of the terrace is breathtaking and the apartment ist clean and you have everything you need (even a laundry machine). Thanks Ana for having us, hopefully we can come back soon :).

If you’re looking for that perfect stay for your Dubrovnik trip - you’ve come to the right place. Don’t look any further. The beautifully decorated apartment has the most stunning view over Dubrovnik. You are just a few steps away from the most picturesque beach on the planet, called Sveti Jakov. Ana is authentically kind, respectful and did everything in her power to meet all our wishes. The communication was smooth and speedy. Anna's house was absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful apartment with a unique terrace where nothing is missing. The view of Dubrovnik's old town from the terrace was the highlight of our trip. After walking down the stairs from our apartment, the beautiful beach was just a few steps away. It felt like a private beach for the condo. We honestly recommend this condo and would come back anytime, because Anna was a very good host for us. Thank you for the great time Anna
