The suggestion of bringing your own linen was a great idea. The home had plenty of cooking appliances and utensils. It felt like we was home. Bathrooms was really clean as well as the whole house. This townhouse is huge inside. More than enough space.

We flew up from FL to spend time with our kids and grand kids. House had plenty of room for all of us. The location was prefect. Resort was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the wave pool and miniature golf. There's a nice little hiking trail at the resort that leads to a dock on the bay. Melissa was very responsive when I reached out to her. We will be back next year!

Something for everyone from 6 to 70 including activities and under control fireworks. Best stocked home we have ever stayed at through VRBO and it was convenient for the two things we forgot!

This was a great location for a first time visit to The Peninsula in Delaware. It is a beautiful community and everyone is very friendly. The property was clean and comfortable. It might be too large for two people, but it is perfect if you have family members visiting.

We had a wonderful time. It was a lovely home and well stocked. We flew in from Denver for a family reunion and was nice not to have to run directly to the grocery store for coffee. The only issue we had was getting all 4 rooms sheets and towels washed and dried by checkout.

The location was a lot more luxurious, spacious and accommodating than the pictures seemed to capture. Everyone, we were a party of 10, was surprised at how nice this locaton was and with how much there was to do at the Plantation. The propery manager, Mellisa, was very helpful and quick to get back to us with our questions. I would highly recommend this location.

This was a very nice and clean place. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. This place was a lot larger than expected. I got lost a few times. Lol. I like that the owner made available to use whatever supplies that were found in the cabinets. Most owners would have kept almost all the cabinets locked. She was trusting enough to keep them open which says a lot about the owner. We were respectful enough to only use the bare minimum because we brought most of what we needed. Overall, this was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others.

My family and friends loved the townhouse! We enjoyed the very spacious kitchen and family room area. Plenty of space for 3 families. The pool complex was amazing and was a BIG hit with the 12 year olds in our group!! The owner was easy to work with and very helpful in answering all of my questions prior to our stay. Will definitely consider renting this property again!

Our family had a great time at this property. About a 1/2 hour ride to the beach, but the resort is great.

We are a family of 11 which includes 6 adults and 5 children. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. The amenities were spectacular although the extra fee required by the HOA to use the facilities was annoying. Overall we would rebook another vacation.

We loved our time at the Peninsula. Some suggestions would be a bigger / better coffee pot and some air mattresses. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

We had a great time. The house was larger than we expected. Plenty of space. Great open format for socializing. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Well worth the $15/day fee to access the wave pool/hot tubs/indoor pool at the clubhouse. There’s also a small inlet beach near the clubhouse which is not crownded. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time my family stayed here. So we like the house etc, but this time the entire first floor smelled like raw sewage. I don't know what was causing it, but that was no good.

Everything inside the town house was first class and as advertised! The property, or resort was also first class. We had two excellent dinners at the club house. The facilities were good too. I ran on the nature/walking path and saw wood peckers, blue heron, white egrets and ospreys. My spouse used the outdoor pool and loved it.This was a terrific place for family and kids. One word of caution, upon entering the gated community for the first time remember to use the home owners name because security has the guest name or names under the home owner not the guest. We had four different cars coming for a wedding and 2 of them had some issues with entry that could have been avoided by saying "I am so so staying at the Smith property on such such street. I take some responsibility for that. But my only problem with my stay was getting in as I did not feel the security folks were very helpful. And I would return with no problem now that I get the system:)

Our group loved staying in the luxurious pennisula resort. This property was very spacious and could easily sleep 14 people! The house was well maintained and we really enjoyed the patios. Be sure to pack towels (including kitchen towels and beach towels), and paper products- paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Owner can be slow at getting back to you with any questions.

We stayed with our 3 kids (5, 3 and 7months). The accommodations are great, lots of space and clean. The facilities in the peninsula are fabulous .... our kids had a blast in the wave pool. Overall we were really pleased with our stay. The only constructive criticism I can give is that having to get up early on check out day to wash, dry and fold all sheets and towels before an 11 am check out was an ideal way to end a vacation. But otherwise it was fabulous!!!

We had a great stay in this house in the Peninsula Resort. The house is beautiful, very spacious, warm and welcoming. This is a great community with great amenities. We enjoyed the wave pool, the beach, the nature trail and the new Clubhouse w/ pool and long board. We would definitely stay in this house again.

This was a beautiful home with the perfect amount of space for three families of baseball players. These pictures don't show how much space there really is. We didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities of the community since we were at the baseball field most of the weekend, but we did make our way to Rehoboth Beach one afternoon/evening. That was an easy drive from the house and a fun beach to visit. Also very close to grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. The only issue we had all weekend was the dryer not working for us on check-out day. Would definitely come back when we have time to enjoy it more.

This was a return visit for our family as we had stayed here last year. Roomy- plenty of spaces and rooms for everyone to relax. Clean, quiet and a beautiful resort with lovely amenities. Our family, with three grown children and 4 grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed this getaway once again!!!! Thanks for the memories created !

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while we were in Millsboro. Melissa was so accommodating and easy to deal with. The property is in an amazing neighborhood. It is on a quiet street. The townhome itself is amazing--it is so big and spacious. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend renting this property. You won't be disappointed.

Our many thanks to the owners for this awesome vacation home and five star luxury property. We come every year and LOVE it. The home is wonderful and has everything you need, the club house is outstanding and pools are pristine. Food, drinks, workout, golf all on property -- great time and accomodations.
