Καταπληκτικό σπίτι μπροστά στην θάλασσα. Κοιτάς από τα παράθυρα και είναι σαν να είσαι σε καράβι. Πανέμορφη αυλή με θέα την θάλασσα όπου μπορείτε να περάσετε το βράδυ αγναντευοντας τη θάλασσα. Πεντακάθαρα όλα. Μεγάλη τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι. Ευγενεστατοι ιδιοκτήτες και καταπληκτικοί άνθρωποι. Επιπλέον, μας έφεραν και τις 2 μέρες πρωινό με τοπικές γεύσεις χωρίς να το έχουμε στην τιμή. Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη φιλοξενία.

This is a lovely little house across the road from the sea (where you can go for a swim) and within five minutes walking distance from Neo Itylo which, although small, has a good number of restaurants and bars. The owners - Litsa and Efstathios - are really lovely and so kind, welcoming and helpful. There is a split-level patio area outside where you can comfortably sit and relax or have breakfast or an aperitif. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and also has air conditioning. The living room/kitchen is spacious and well equipped and has a sofa that can be turned into a spare bed, if needed. There is a good shower in the bathroom as well as a washing machine. The next town, Limeni, is also walkable in about 10-15 minutes (although there is about 100 metres of roadway without footpath) and you will find some more good restaurants there. We found the location perfect for exploring Deep Mani.

The house is located right beside the road so sometimes a noisy motorbike or car will pass but, for the most part, as the road is not that busy, it was very quiet.

Location is amazing, right on the water. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Lovely little garden area. Amazingly generous hosting even when we faced delays and arrived late. Would definitely stay there again!

There was slight noise from the bar at night which was ok in the bedroom with the AC turned on but a bit louder if trying to sleep in the living room

The location was excellent. The hosts were helpful, caring, and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful with an amazing outdoor patio.

Cosy, clean house in front of the sea in nice and quiet Neo Itilo, superfriendly owners Litsa and Efstathios. The house is very comfortable and spotless clean, with a very nice outside area. Litsa makes you feel welcome and spoils you with a delicious Maniatic breakfast. Thank you Litsa and Efstathios!

This little house is an extraordinary beautiful place to stay, fully equipped with everything you need, first class located right on the water in a peaceful bay. Additionally our stay was accompanied by a really exceptionally great hospitality of the hosts. THANK YOU :-))

Very cosy house with absolutely everything you need when on the vacations. Owners are really perfect and as nice as it gets. Clean and warm sea is just 30 steps away!

Great location at the heart of beautiful Mani. Beach right outside the door. Well equipped apartment and very hospitable hostess. 15 min walk to Limeni.
