This property was exactly as described, located in a quiet neighborhood, and the host made it very easy and accommodating. I would rent this property again.

Our visit to AZ was amazing. The location of this house was perfect. We were close to downtown Chandler, not far from ASU campus, got to see lots of baseball games at local high schools and even took a day trip to Sedona. This house was very clean and my teenager loved the pool. Crystal was easy to get a hold of. We had a low battery in a fire alarm that was chirping and she came over immediately to change it out. She was helpful and had lots of great recommendations of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a very good time staying at Crystal's home. She is very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. My only negative was I got bit quite a bit by something but it wasn't because of the house.

This was the perfect house for us. We were in town for a half marathon that started and finished in downtown Chandler. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the race activities. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented this property to relax with longtime family friends. Beautiful home with an inviting, peaceful backyard complete with pool. Quite neighborhood with shopping & entertainment close by. Crystal was a fantastic host and responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

Arizona Winter 2021
Very nice house. Comfortable and with everything you need. Convenient location -- near shopping, near restaurants, near downtown Chandler and easy to get to the expressway. Beautiful pool but since we were there in the winter , only used it once. Owner was very easy to work/communicate with. We would definitely rent here again.

Relaxing experience
Loved the open Kitchen/living room. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Very much enjoyed the pool table and pool. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Confined stay
Unfortunately our country is in confinement at this time however if we had to be confined we were glad it was in a beautiful home like this one. Everything we needed was here and available. Including the necessities that weren't available in the grocery stores. (TP and butter!!!) The home is very comfortable and conveniently located to where ever you need to go. Loved our stay and hope to be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Crystal was quick to answer all our questions and great to deal with. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice and clean well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyable Family Stay
My family and I enjoyed our time at Crystals home. We just had an issue with gaining access to the home. Once settled, it was enough space for us all to enjoy our short visit to the area.

Crystal was very helpful and accommodating. The house was lovely and met all our needs. The only issue we had was not being able to streamline so that we could watch TV. That was not described in the description of the house. Location was perfect.

Great stay and response!
This was our first vacation rental experience and it was great! Crystal was very support for us newbies! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My only concern would be the area surrounding our neighborhood. We aren’t from this here, but my brother lives a few miles away. He mentioned that some of the surrounding area could be a little sketchy (as he put it). We never had any issues though! The immediate neighborhood was good and we felt safe the whole time. It was also really nice that Crystal left the garage door opener so we could park our car inside! I wasn’t expecting that! I would defiantly recommend the place! It’s a lovely home!!

Worked great for us
House was perfect for what we needed....three adults attending a conference at an overpriced resort 5 mins away. Crystal was great to work with and the house was very clean, well appointed, and pleasant to stay in. Infinitely better than paying for hotel rooms.
