the price only and was not convinced for 4 stars hotel was bit expensive

there is no parking at least having a valet. no ski room which takes time for us to make ski no one serves us once we arrived to take our luggages which is weird.

location was excellent in the center. staff are friendly and helpful. room is spacious and clean.

the room walls are not insulated and we were able to hear clearly everything in the corridors and in neighboring rooms. breakfast is very poor . the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen so don’t expect food other than breakfast. no room service and you need to eat outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. No parking so you need to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest parking and for 3 nights we paid 77 euros. cleaning service only available in the morning, so also don’t expect your bed to be prepared for night times. overall the services are very limited to sleep only hotel and it is over rated and the value of money that we paid are very expensive compared to what we got.

Great location. Convenient (although unique) option of the Suite Djola (duplex that can sleep a family of 4). This was the main reason we chose the hotel va others in the area at this price Staff is very helpful and kind. Hotel if very clean and nicely decorated with a modern twist on mountain/ chalet style

My main issue is with the absence of food options beside breakfast. Can be challenging with kids. Also in the Suite Djola there is only 1 toilet while there are 2 bathrooms. Very limited storage / wardrobes vs the size of the room

Staff were mostly helpful and cooperative, but did a bad job in making reservation in restaurants. In many occasions they forgot to make reservations

the location is amazing !! walking distance to all of the best restaurants in courchevel and also very close to the lift
