Nice and quiet location. Spacious and clean room, very comfortable beds

Quiet , clean and fully renovated. Area is amazingly quiet and immerse in the nature. The breakfast was aboundant. Staff was very flexible and friendly.

Water pressure in the shower was extremely low and downgraded the overall experience one step below an otherwise perfect stay.

Wonderful rustic farmhouse feel with modern interior. The location was beautiful. Francesca and Giuliano were lovely hosts. Everything was great.

Off season travel can be a challenge if you don’t have a car. Rieti is not Rome. If you don’t have a car to get to the B&B arrange for a taxi in advance. We waited for our taxi at the train station for over an hour on a cold Saturday evening.

This is a newly built B & B with nice and modern rooms and baths. We were only transiting, but liked that we could sit outside our room for our evening meal and the view were nice. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. They were able to serve us both vegan breakfast (for me) and a gluten free breakfast for my gluten intolerant son, which also were rich and diverse! Bravo!
