Das Badezimmer könnte größer sein, auch gab es manchmal Probleme mit dem Wasser. Und die warmen Frühstücksspeisen waren leider meistens schon kalt als sie serviert wurden

The rooms are big and confortable. The lane to the rooms is very lumpy and stoney and could easily trip and trying to move luggage was difficult

It was not on the beach but seaside. Breakfast was cold and dishes came at difterent times. Small boutique hotel. We left hotel with a few days left, not because it was bad, only we thought we would be by the beach

LOVED this hotel. Quiet vibe among all the plants and loved the ocean view right off of the pool. Breakfast was lovely! This place is a gem, and was a very relaxing stay. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Ketut for helping with our bags and always being so friendly.

Loved the location ! The view was spectacular pool and sunbeds were lovely .The room size is great.Bed was so comfortable and the Pillows were amazing lovely and clean

I was not overly impressed with the food All seemed to be overcooked and dry . Found the pricing quite expensive for what we had plus add the 21% tax

All the rooms have view on the wall. when you try to relax on the balcony you watch on the dark grey big wall. no windows. only one big door and need to close the curtains because the people passing by see everything you do inside the room. or you stay without day light or everyone see you the rooms that are closer to reception have strong noise from the road. we were trying to change the location of the room but there was no option. ac air is coming partly on the bed so at the night time we could not use it and with the closed door because of the noise from the road there was no fresh air in the room the access to the beach is not for kids and might be even dangerous for adults when it is low tide the pool is small there is no territory and no comfortable roads, my kid had a bicycle and there was nowhere to ride welcome dinner overpriced breakfast for rate of the room 1,3 mln could be better

The service was unparalleled! For example, when we wanted to check out, I tried to carry my luggage myself, so as not to bother the staff. As soon as I started carrying my luggage, three staff members came out of nowhere to help. This sort of thing happened constantly. Also, when we arrived, the room was already thoroughly air conditioned. They never shut our air conditioner off, even when we left for the whole day. Very good! The room was quite large and well-appointed. For pre-paid breakfast, you can order more than one menu item. Everyone spoke great English. Bed was comfy. All in all, very good!

Loved my room, pool was great and cocktails even better ,i really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go there again.

The breakfast was a bit on the small side and some of the food was cold. The water pressure on the top floors was a bit low.

The accommodation was large and comfortable.

Breakfast was always cold. After waiting over an hour for dinner the next time we went elsewhere. Food is over priced compared to others close by. There seems to be a lot of staff but no one comes to see if you want another drink. You have to go and ask. Staff are polite but need customer service training.

The pool restaurant bar all looking over the water to the islands. Food and drinks were excellent. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.
