My family and i had great time staying in the Blue House. The house was very clean and easy access. Host had everything ready for us, allowed us to check in early and late check out. She was easy to communicate with and her response was prompt. We even want to extended our stay but unfortunately it was booked. I will definitely stay here again.

This property was wonderful. On a business trip with two others, at the end of the day, we were able to relax. Got to the property and found a friendly note welcoming us there. We found the place to be clean, comfortable and quiet. The property had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. Modern appliances in the kitchen, very comfortable beds, clean and bright bathroom. We also felt very safe. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of families. If you are planning on a Long Island trip, this is the pick of the litter.

The house is on a very quiet street. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and accessible to our family who live nearby. Would rent again.

Just had to find a quick cheap spot for a longer stay for work with some co workers wonderful residence I must say and great communication through host highly recommended

My family and I rented this property on pretty short notice due to an unexpected death in the family. Keneice was so kind and accommodating! We were welcomed by a beautiful bouquet, a card offering condolences and fresh fruit and croissants. She also allowed us to have our immediate family over for a small repass after the burial. As for the house itself, SO cute, cozy, spacious and clean! It certainly exceeded our expectations. I definitely plan to return when I visit Long Island again.

The space was great for our family. This is our 2nd time staying at this location as it is convenient to our family, shopping and beaches.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great and had a nice backyard. Keneice was a great host, very responsive and kind.

Cleand and safe area

The property was as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood was very convenient. The Condo was recently remodeled with new bathroom and kitchen. Kerneice and Cynthia delivered some basic food on our arrival, knowing we were traveling from Florida...very nice. All in all a perfect week. Thank you Kerneice and Cynthia,

The stay was great and house had everything you need. The host where very good at responding fast and meeting my needs. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the gifts it was very thoughtful.

The owner was lovely, and communicating with her was easy as was the check in process. The place on the other hand is in shambles. In fact, we weren’t sure it was our rental when we pulled up on account of the boarded up windows and such. Immediately upon entering we are met with holes in the wall, pieces of trim missing throughout the house, the entire living room and dining room lacks any paint and only has a single cost of primer on the walls. All of the furniture is falling apart. The dining room chairs are broken and the legs are split, the desk in the master bedroom is daring to fall apart if you look at it for too long. There was no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, however, the owner who was lovely took care of that somewhat promptly and had a unit installed. The dishwasher broke within a few days of arrival; just straight up stopped working. I didn’t hold it against the dishwasher as it was totally past it’s lifetime and was probably 15 years old at the time of collapse. The storm door on the front had trim pieces that were sharp and coming undone, baseboard heating covers are missing throughout the property; the photos really are an optical illusion. The bathroom however was new and very nice. If only the rest of the house was like that. There are personal items throughout the house and I don’t mean decor, I mean old mail, random keys, open containers of foodstuffs, business documents and random pieces of laundry not expected of a rental unit. It kinda looked like someone once lived there ten years ago, but fled in the middle of the night and left everything that they wouldn’t need to start their new life, so then they decided to VRBO it after a few years of living away from the property, and neglected to clean up the place themselves to prepare it for renting. I sent photos of the condition of the property to the owner upon arrival as it was somewhat shocking, but, because of our living/travel schedule, we really had no where else to go, and at least it was a roof over our head. The washer and dryer is functional, however you need to go outside in the rain and downstairs into the garage in order to get there, and the garage looks like a hoarder lives there as it is overflowing with random personal items and stuff. Fortunately we were able to make a little room to be able to do laundry. The owner is very nice and kind and had she had another place to rent that was better kept, I would just for her hospitality.
