Gran ubicación, llegué y me fui caminando con todo y maleta desde y hacia la central de autobuses, asimismo, llegas caminando al centro en 6 minutos aprox.. La atención de los encargados fue muy amable y hasta me despertaron para tomar un tour cuando me quedé dormido. El cuarto es bastante amplio y las camas son cómodas

Para el calor que hace, no hay aire acondicionado, pero creo que eso se justifica con el excelente precio y además los ventiladores disponibles funcionan bastante bien.

The managers are very kind and helpful. Great location. Very walkable. Nice neighborhood. Stocked refrigerator. The bed was to my liking. The room is large with lots of windows and good ventilation.

A little bit noisy in the morning around 6,7o'lock. The switch button of the shower is a little bit too high even i am 1.71m tall.

Centrally located. Supermarket was 5 minutes down the road. The centre of town was a 15 minute walk. Museum was 15 minutes away. If you're up to it, it's about 1 hr 15 minutes to walk to Huacachina and 1 hr to walk to Cachiche. Self contained unit with a microwave and fridge. Perfect place to stay and explore Ica.

The room is very big, facilities are traditional, very close to the historical center. Option to cook easy food.

There is no AC so you have to use the floor fan which was very noisy. I booked 2 tours with them and service was not professional.

The only good thing I can say is they let us check in at 6 am. After that was a complete nightmare. There is no reception - to get any help we had to call them on our phones, and in most of the times they did not pick up. There were only 2 visible sockets in the room, that had to be shared between the fridge, a fan, a kettle and the TV. Another 2 sockets were hidden in the corner of the room behind the curtains. To use the hot water we had to turn on a circuit breaker, and even then the hot water only came out when turning it on the lowest possible stream. When we needed more toliet paper we called on the phone but got no answer. We went out that day and saw, by chance, one of the owners going in so we asked him for some - the place is so poorly managed he had to walk to a store and buy us a new roll. What would have happened if we needed it at a late time?.. We only got one towel when we arrived, and when we called to get another one, it took the lady 20 minutes to arrive and inform us she does not have the key for the towels closet, and the lady who has it will only arrive later that day. When we called again in the evening, we heard the same story and had to use a single towel for 2 people. The next day they finally brought us another towel but it was dirty. Only on the evening of that day, they somehow managed to get the key and brought us a clean one.

Good price for huge space and own room, friendly people.

Hard to find, room was cleaned but very superficially. Streets are noisy. In the morning at 6:30 there was this weird penetrating screeching sound, going on for half an hour and to repeat again a few hours later. The outlets are old and not plentiful.
