За първи път в родната си България се почувствах като 'чужд сред свои' - 90% от персонала са молдовци, индийци и всякаква друга измет, които почти не говорят български език! Менюто и еднообразно и с евтини продукти. Инфраструктурата към плажа е много зле!

- Even though we had DO NOT DISTURB on the door, the cleaning girl tried to ENTER THE ROOM with her card! TWICE! Luckily we had it also locked from the inside, not only closed. - The reception staff very unproffesional and impolite, especially the tall young guy. He would just postpone our requests all the time, asking us to wait for hours and whenever we came back as he advised us to, he would just roll his eyes. - the indoor playground open only 4 hours/day and during the most popular beach hours (10-12 , 16-18)! - the ATM at the reception charged an extra comission, which we were not aware of - very close to the beach there is their "entertainment" center, but the only place the kids can play is in an inflatable slide which costs 12 leva/15 mins for each child. - check-out at 11 a.m. - the juice by the pool side is at best times half juice-half water. Otherwise you get only water.

Местоположението е много добро. Чисто, спокойно и приятно място- перфектно за почивка. Чист и просторен плаж, голям басейн, а за удобство на клиентите около басейна има барове с храна и напитки, а за по-малките пържалки и всякакъв вид забавления. Храната беше много вкусна и разнообразна, а персонала много усмихнат и отзивчив. Определено отново ще посетим това място.

Нямаше нещо, което да не ни хареса.

Всичко беше прекрасно. Вкусна и разнообразна храна. Чистота в стаите, ресторанта. Осигурени са хавлии и шезлонги на плажа и басейна. Има на басейна детски пързалки, както и спасител към тях.

Доста от гостите на хотела запазваха от сутринта шезлонги, които до обяд не използваха. За плажа може да се полагат повече грижи, да се почиства по - добре пясъка.

Rooms were made, cleaned and fresh water was given every day, that was the best. Hotel is by the beach, pools are nice. The food is tasty, although for 7 days it was nearly the same. Fruits and deserts were top!

The two elevators are not enough to cover for all people and the internet was weak in busy times. I believe the second can be fixed.

Large room and confortable bad, the room had kettle and some tea and instant cofee (i didint use it).The minifridge was full on the arrival with 2 bears, 4 juice free of charge, 3 bottle water and daily was recharge with bottlewater (0,5l/pers).The cleaning in generaly was ok, i supose depend of cleaning people. The towel was change evrey day (drop on the floor). Air conditioner was very good. The room has safebox. free of charge. The adult pool on its enough wide for all quest, clean, you could find sunbeds in the shadow until 10 o clock, but all guests reserve the sunbeds . In the zone of adult pool is drink bar with machines for soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, apple juice and water) and for cofee (instanty cofee, long cofee , hot chocolate, cocoa with milk, cofee with milk ). On the other side on the adult pool is pool bar.From 10 - 22 the bar is open, and serve some coctails with local alcoohol, without alchool, soft drinks, cofee and frape, from 12.30 to 16.00 you could find nugets, hambugher, hotdogs, pizza and salads. From 16 to 17 you find biscuits, cake and some apples. Ice cream is self service all time. All the pool bar area was dirty, full of glases, tigaretes and splash from icecream and cake, for me was imposible to stay in this places. A lot of tables was unite and no one arange that area. Also on 19.00 on the pool bar whisky is out, sprite is out, tonis water is out ... the same problems was also in the lobby bar.The kids pool was very nice, good program (10-12 and 13-18). Also on the day in the pools nobody cleaning, at 15 oclock all garbadge was full ,maybe more atention its needed. The beach is very nice, sandy ,clean and its common with other guests resort (Sunrise Resort Hotel) and at 9.00 its hard to find sunbeds. The beach bar serve only beer, softdrinks and cofee (10-18.00) and its very very croudy. The night show was ok, nothing wow but nice, minidisco for kids. Very good food, not so variety but you will find something to eat (tasty).

Many time the machines was emtpy, block or out of service, the same problems on the lobby bar and a poolbar with some alcohols and soft drinks. Pool bar area was very dirty and the entire pools area need cleaning during the day. Beach bar very very crowdy and its not be said like a part of concept (all inclusive).

What really spoils this hotel for me was that the pool was freezing, could do with a heated outside pool

Very close to the beach, the rooms are big and food is great.
