Specious two beds apartment, great location as the apartment is attached to Galleria shopping mall where you can shop, dine and entertain kids!

Great location at the hottest spot in the city. Nothing comes close in terms of location and convenience. Basement carpark access has 24 hours security taking care of the vehicles. Metro station is not too far away either hence everything is convenient.

We stayed here when it first opened, and it was sad to see how poorly maintained the property is. Frayed and old towels, bathroom door falling off its hinges, food stains on cabinets, uncleaned windows, and the list goes on. What used to be the gold standard serviced apartment in this city is quickly falling down (and soon off) the charts due to bad maintenance. Hope Fraser management do something to save their gem.

Location Front desk agents are professional, react immediately while guests have questions or requests.

The houseman who came to our room to check the coffee machine took 2 regular coffee capsules in his hand without asking if we still need, in fact, we asked for some decaf coffee capsules, but the staff who came to the room without saying any words, not polite, just can’t understand how come a staff in a 5 stars hotel could behave like that. Maybe need more training.

Now I see why this accommodation has such a high review scores. They pay attention to the very detail so It feels like staying home. Staff are also very welcoming.

Breakfast needs improvement. Twin beds are a bit small.

The hot tub was nice and the sauna. The room was comfortable and I liked that you could control the a/c as most Chinese hotels you can't. The sushi restaurant a little pricey but delicious. I enjoyed my stay and the staff were friendly. I like that it's attached to the mall so you can connect on the 4th floor. This was my last stay and Dalian and I didn't regret it.

There really wasn't much I didn't like. The hair dryer was annoying because the cord was too short and kept coming out but that's just being picky.

Location is perfect. Easy access to the mall, subway, and Venice area of Dalian. They have a pool table and two massage chairs free of charge. There is a nice exercise room and comfortable indoor pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a refrigerator and stove top with dishes if you'd like to cook. There's a large tub and shower in the bathroom. For the price and location you can't beat it. Very nice place to stay for a night or two.

There was nothing I didn't enjoy about this hotel.
