Service was great. More a fancy business hotel than luxury retreat.
Lobby lounge on 35/F leaked when it rained. The bathroom shower didn’t drain well.

The room was so beautifully designed and so was their swimming pool. The food was amazing too.
Don’t go to their Spa. Those people are like from a different world of the other parts of this hotel for some strange reason. Welcoming staffs were good, restaurants staffs were good but the spas people were malice.

The hotel is centrally located and the views over The Mekong are magnificent. The breakfast is great too. Staff were always available to assist. The rooms were immaculate and the twice daily service was very much appreciated.

for Breakfast is really nice , Staff is so so good willing to service all guests ,and the taste of boiled rice is really good nice bread and jam , all r good. room is very good bed is comfy ,Dinner at Cuts restuarant is perfect.
only the front of hotel on G floor cannot see easily,but that's ok our driver can find.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is taking luxury to the next level. The room was big and comfy. The beds are very comfortable. We slept like babies :-) The indoor pool was impressive. We tried "Cuts " restaurant and it was really nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was really nice . The main attractions are near. The hotel is a bit pricey but absolutely worth every Dollar.
Pricey but it is a luxurious hotel so totally expected.

Everything! I don’t know where to start…the most helpful & friendliest staff, super clean spacious rooms, top notch facilities, perfect location! Everything was spot on.
Very responsive to emails too.
I spent NYE there (the Skybar celebrations were wonderful), went off to an island and returned back.
They made sure my luggage was kept safe, they upgraded my room, they helped with everything!
The spa and bar are of top standard.
And a special thank you to Rotha, the concierge manager who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
He worked on getting me the best quotation and booked my PCR appointment. He helped out with recommending the best local restaurants in town. And most importantly he put in huge effort to assign a driver to take me back and forth from the island (my 2nd destination). His consistent follow ups to make sure everything is flawless, made my stay in Phnom Penh an unforgettable one.

The indoor pool looks really cool but i have no chance to swim but it's fine. Spa services really really good with private room for couple. And the meals for breakfast not so many dishes but the quality and the staffs are good.

Everything is excellent, the hotel staff is very nice and arrange very good for my anniversary celebration.

There was an issue with the payment process. I wanted to invite a friend and pay for her (main guest) but I was not allowed as I was not in the country. I had clearly indicated that I would not be the main guest. The staff was not proactive in finding a solution
