Great flat with modern decor and everything you might need for a short stay in Margate. The hosts were lovely.

The area around was a bit shabby, maybe because of where we come from. But the stay was value for money, very exceptional

Everything provided you could think of even hot bottles in bedside drawer. So many cable channels. Fab kitchen. Gorgeous hot tub. Warm, cozy, stylish. Hour parking outside then few steps to the end of the road and free parking all the time. Beautiful comfy beds and bedding. Lovely wood burner. Ideal location near supermarkets, the centre for great restaurants, including Michelin star one on the front, lovely pubs bars and beach. Great cafe at end of road turn left. Can’t wait to go back

The property was in a brilliant location, with pubs, shops and the beach within walking distance. Its a perfect size for 4 people and was modern with everything you could want!

The property could benefit from maybe 4 outdoor chairs as opposed to the amount that is there - that’s the only thing!

The flat was amazing! We did have everything we needed, from Wi-Fi to kitchen, bathroom stuff. I liked the hot tub in the garden a lot!

Not much I can say.. it was just perfect for us 3 and for the length of stay.

Location in Margate was great! Hot tube is amazing - was already prepared for us with hot water , ready to use for welcome ;) welcome pack with shower gel, shampoo, slippers for all of as. there was a bathrobe for each person What is nice when you going out from hot tube ;) kitchen have everything what you can need . Very good communication with host !! Recommend

there wasn’t a lot to complain about really but if I had to pick I would say the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Great location, loved our visit so much we stayed an extra night....cant fault anything. Perfect little bolt hole.

loved the hot tub and log burner and kitchen space. loads of items in the kitchen saved us from buying bits and we were able to cook! forgot to take my hair dryer but there was one in the place. hot tub was set up and easy to use same with the log burner (all information accessible on iPad in the property)

batteries were out for the remote and heating panel-however it was sorted within an hour (host immediately returned my message and sorted it out)

Location in Margate was great, easy access to everything. The apartment was very nicely decorated, with comfy sofas and beds. Great little welcome packs left on beds including shower gel, shampoo etc and also slippers. Magazines and games are a great addition to the apartment. Communication with the host was great, there was an issue with the hot tub but he came and managed to sort it out on the first evening of our stay which was greatly appreciated and we were able to use it the next morning.

Apartment is promoted as having a log burner which is a lovely touch, however no logs are provided so we were unable to use. Very unlikely people staying for a weekend will bring their own, so would be nice if some were provided. The apartment is set up for the use of 4 people however only 2 dressing gowns are provided . There was mould on the bedroom blind and in the bathroom which was not very pleasant. I understand that this is a basement flat and they are prone to damp, but it could do with some better cleaning or replacement of blinds maybe the addition of curtains that could be removed for easier cleaning. The back yard, where the hot tub is situated, could do with a bit of a tidy up under the stairs, perhaps with a small shed to keep all of the equipment for the hot tub together.

location - close to town centre and supermarket good shower, comfy beds and everything you could need in a kitchen - the lounge area and kitchenette were nice

We were excited about the hot tub facility and we were disappointed with this. the small back yard could do with a tidy up and a clean. The view from one bedroom was of a junk corner - this could be Made to look much nicer on the eye - the garden furniture was tired and uncomfortable …. there were 4 of us but only two bath robes - one each would have been nice although maybe we just didn’t find the other two. so we didn’t use the tub. The roller blinds in the two bedrooms (which you have to use for privacy as the stairs providing access to the upstairs flat give users a clear view into the rooms ) one was broken and the other one was very very dirty, which let a nice room down.

Close to beach, basement property so didn’t get too hot in the heatwave. Beautifully decorated rooms and a great kitchen - really nicely put together. Great colour scheme and loved the way the dining table legs matched the furniture. Clean and modern bathroom. Everything was home from home - good stock of essentials and a welcome bottle in the fridge. The hot tub was an excellent addition - easy to use and kept under a shade.

not much - just gorgeous! Would have liked an instruction leaflet for the hob. On the upside, pretty child friendly!

loved that they tried to make it fun and offer homely features.

They seem to have a water pressure issue, all the plumbing fixtures need to be tightened. Didn’t actually get to use the hot tub as the only chance I had to use the hot tub was after the kids went to bed but couldn’t use it after 9pm.

Really nice apartment with a hot tub and a few extra perks that made our stay really enjoyable.

There was everything you needed available such as spare toilet rolls, breakfast cereal, coffee pods, lots of towels etc. the location made it easy to get into the rest of Margate.

All the cupboards were full so we could not get our own food stowed easily.

The place was great! - Hot tub was amazingly easy to use - Sky channels including films - Fireplace lovely for evenings (it burns a little quick which I think it’s because the door is doesn’t close totally which is an easy fix) - Kitchen staples and items provided - Modern look and feel - Two bedrooms (so ideal for 4 people - we had just us two) - Scott communication throughout was superb. Always there to answer and super detailed for stay. They provide video and booklet too. Would totally recommend for anyone, it’s only 10 mins to coastal front location wise and there is lovely pub called George and Heart few mins away as well as Forts for cafe. One of the best places we’ve stayed at. Loved it.

Only thing maybe was fireplace door just didn’t close totally but that’s an easy fix otherwise nothing else!!!
