Openness and brightness of the place. Balcony was nice. Kitchen was nice to use. Remote powered doors on garage.

Ironing board was very difficult to operate. Uncomfortable couches. Steep staircase, wasn't aware there were stairs. Toilet roll holder upstairs fell off wall. No basics left in pantry, not even tea bags, salt & pepper or oil.

Loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Very nicely decorated. Lovely view from the upstairs balcony.

Bath plug didn't fit. AC would have been nice on a couple of days.

We absolutely loved this location. Perfect house for a week away at the beach. Having a path to the beach three houses down was wonderful. The house has everything you need for a holiday. The house was very clean and accommodating. The sea breeze cooled the house down nicely given there is no air conditioning. The backyard is secure for a dog, however no lock on the gate to the backyard, I recommend taking your own lock if required. The location is just out of Merimbula in a lovely neighborhood We would definitely recommend this accommodation. Great value for money.

Fantastic location and well equipped townhouse. Close proximity to dog beach and easy to get to Merimbula and surrounds. Photos don’t do it justice - much nicer than what is on the website and very clean.

Thin walls and floors so can hear people walking around. Not a big deal though.
