The house was as pictured, clean and truly a walk away from the beach. There were 2 houses before we got to the access road and then a short walk on the road and over the dunes. Our 5-year-old and grandma and grandpa, both 77, had no trouble walking to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and having a bath with each was great. The Beach Realty Company was easy to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. Counting 3 children and 12 adults in our group we had a great time

The set up was perfect for a large group, with bedrooms on all four floors to allow people space, but a great kitchen, dining, and living room area for everyone to gather for meal times, games, etc. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, but there’s also public parking right outside the beach entrance. There were some minor repair issues, including issues with some of the sliding doors in the pool area. There are also no bathtubs on the floor with the kids’ bunk room, which was a little frustrating, but we made do. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever traveled with a large group!

The property owners were quickly responsive to all of my questions. This home was beautiful and spacious. Our party of 21 found plenty community areas to entertain and private areas to escape.

The location was perfect for shopping, eating out, etc. and only a short walk to a not-so-crowded beach. There was enough seating so we could all eat together (important to us) and to play games and even hold olympic events in the pool area. The side yard was flat and perfect for relays and a frisbee game. Couldn't have asked for more except a few house flaws -broken kitchen drawer, and a few sliding doors on the pool enclosure that need attention, and a confusing trash system. Otherwise, a super family gathering place!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for gatherings and even quiet places when you need some alone time. Covered pool was fun for all and perfect when the weather was not perfect. Lots of games in the house for both inside and outside play. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

It turns out that Vrbo just charge a marketing fee, and we had to sign another contract with the rental management. Because we booked this a while back, when another wave of COVID hit, and due to our travel group has people with high-risks, we asked the management to help us change reservation to later date. It turns out that even though the contract says you CAN change the date with approval, the management/owner straight out says they WON’T do it. And don’t care about our health concerns. We even offered to pay more $ fees for helping us changing the date, and they straight out won’t even considerWhat is worse is after rental manager, agreed to help us escalate this to the owner, never got a response; she start to ignoring our follow up calls and voicemails because she was now aware of our intent and didn’t want to address our issue with us. After 1-2 week of trying to get in touch with her and leaving voicemails, we gave up. Is this how your treat your guests? Or just because they have paid you can just ignore them!?! Why don’t you just say no date changes allowed from the beginning?We also an email that due to COVID, they will limit their toilet paper to 1 per 2 toilets. Ok, we understand it is difficult time for everyone, and we want to accommodate (unlike the owner who refuses to allow us to change dates). What ends up happening is that they only gave us 2 toilet rolls for 11 bathrooms for the entire week rental! Calling the maintenance line – 50% of the time went into voice mail (during normal business hours)They also tout about how well they do their cleaning in a nice video, and how everyone who comes to maintain the house will be wearing mask. We experienced staff that come to maintain the pool and staff delivering linens/towels to our next door rental, which was also part of same management, walking in and out of the house without wearing a mask.First time with Vrbo, which turns out to be just a marketing site. It does not protect guest, control the quality of rental processes, leaving the guest to fend for themselves with the rental management. Going with airbnb or more reputable one in future, that truly care about your experience and repeat business.

Only inconvenience was a leak on the ground floor so we had to deal with large puddles of water and then a contractor making repairs one day. Maintenance and housekeeping responded VERY fast however to our calls and text. Also, the pool cover does not open up according to rental office. That would be a nice plus in the future. All 'n' all a great vacation and will keep this house in our records for future stays.

Loved the house, beach aces, then pool sand interior decoration made the experience for me. ... Proximity to public beach access was a short easy walk. We didnt mind the bust street setting because of these aspects and it was fun to see other walking. Loud muscle cars too loud at times but side porches were opted for. Thank you for opportunity.

The house has some disrepair issues but they are not very important to the overall experience (which is probably why they are not addressed). These things should be known:
1) Pool ques are junky, however the table is nice- bring your que if you really want to play
2) Ping pong table is OK but again bring balls and paddles if you want to really have fun
3) the doors on the pool area are all broken- just get over it and expect they will not work- the pool itself (and the hot tub) are nice
4) the ice maker is awesome but be gentle as it is missing a pin that keeps the door on
5) The outside GFI was not working but the rental company fixed it ASAP.

The pool was clean but for the 5 times we have rented it, the hot tub water was dirty and 4 inches foam-filled. I have reported it on every visit except this one as I had contacted the company 3 times prior to arrival asking for it to be clean. This time I just cleaned it myself. It took a gallon of bleach to "Shock" the water and get it clean. I have a hot tub so I know how it is supposed to be. That is the only issue I have but it seems one that cannot be fixed by anyone even with repeated requests. I have always given a 5-star review but after this unfixed repeated issue, I cannot.

The owners here are very different from any other place that I have stayed. They listen to the input they value it and then make the changes as suggested. This was our third visit and it was wonderful to see all of the changes that they made over the winter time based upon the input of their guests. The only regret I have in making this review is that others might find this special secret and we may not be able to get in one day. Hats off to the great owners and a big thank you to the rental company.
