Great House with everything you need

Let me tell you I celebrated my 43rd birthday with 7 of my closest friends. It was one the best birthdays ever. The house was wonderful and the view was unbelievable. The relaxing atmosphere kept my friends and I at the house the entire time!!!! The stay gave me much needed peace!!!

Everything was great and we had a wonderful time. The owner was very accommodating and communicative. Lots of room, great kitchen, rooms were well done. Couldn't have asked for better. One of our guests who travels quite often said it was the nicest VRBO he'd ever stayed in.

We loved staying here! Place was well stocked. So many fun things included from pool to football to a pool table. Beautiful view and easy communication with the manager. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay with the family. This little getaway was for my wife's bday. It was sort of a last min getaway since this year has been much of the same due to COVID. We loved every bit of this home. Perfect "cool" pool, perfect view, and close to the boat ramp. We will def be back. Thanks again for the perfect House!

House had everything my family needed for a long weekend gettogether. We loved spending time in the backyard enjoying the beautiful pool. Host had excellent communication and even helped us with access to Cody Park (private, HOA owned) so we could get out rented kayaks and stand-up paddleboards into the lake. Highly recommended!

Our group of friends had a pleasant and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the pool and close lake access. Mike was accessible if needed. The house was specious and comfortable!

We really enjoyed everything about this property, from beginning to end. Very welcoming and helpful hosts, easy check-in and everything was as advertised (or better). For our two families, the layout of the house was excellent, with plenty of space for getting together or spreading out. The pool was great for hanging out, and the (multiple) downstairs playrooms were a huge hit. Comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen. Kudos to the owners for making this a very family-friendly and fun retreat.

Nice large home. Swimming pool was great. Quiet neighborhood. Can see lake from second floor but it is not close. Driving distance. Neighborhood parks were ok but beach was rocky and not great for kids. Some trash. Rented a boat for half a day. Lake is huge and on weekday almost no other boaters.

The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend any Family to utilize the spacious home. There were 10 of us and it worked out perfect. Mike was available and a joy to talk to. Thanks for the relaxing setting.

Beautiful home and very well equipped. Plenty of space for 14 people and lots of things to entertain guests of all ages.

Our stay at this house was great! We went with our kids, grandkids (ages 5-10) and a friend. Every step of the process to rent was easy and Mike was great to work with. He had a very detailed print out about everything in the house and the area. The grandkids loved all the indoor game tables, games and pool toys. We had a small pool problem and Mike was on top of it right away. Very apologetic about the inconvenience and tried his best to get it fixed in a timely manner. The entire house was beautiful and well maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids loved the kids room with bunk beds. The entire trip was great and I would definitely stay in this house again if I was going to Lago Vista.

Mike was very communicative throughout our stay in Lago Vista. As someone mentioned before, the photos don't do the house justice. It is spacious, surrounded by nature, views of the lake and your own private swimming pool. We rented it for a family gathering and everyone had a lovely time.

Pool and Game room were great. Kitchen and the rest of the house were clean. View was spectacular.

We really enjoyed this house - the heated pool was excellent and it was super spacious for 6 adults and 3 kids. The house has toys and plates/bowls for the kids which was super helpful. The kitchen was perfect for cooking lots of meals and the two living rooms were nice. We loved the lake view from the windows. The pictures don’t do it justice - the house is gorgeous. Communication with the owner was excellent, he was super responsive each time we needed something.

The stay was wonderful. We would definitely come again and recommend the home to others.

I truly enjoyed the property.

We loved our visit. The house was perfect for our group with lots to do to keep our kids (ages 10-15) busy and lots of space to give the grownups room to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, and pool. The outdoor living spaces are wonderful. And on a walk to the nearby lake we spotted at least a dozen deer. The owner, Mike, was the most responsive VRBO host we have ever had, and the house was amazingly stocked with just about anything you might want. We hated to leave and will definitely be back!

The process was easy and simple and the home instructions were clear. The owner was available and responded quickly to all of my questions.

My family of 4 stayed here the week after Christmas. The home was immaculate and is a great place to stay with older kids/teens. The pool is heated, so we were able to enjoy it even though it was December. My kids loved having plenty of space to spread out. We had a couple of minor issues during the trip (for instance, the pool wouldn't heat when we first arrived). However, the property manager, Mike, was very responsive and resolved any issue quickly. My only complaint is that I wish there were instructions for the gas stove top! I was way to nervous to mess with that. Otherwise, no complaints.

We stayed with 5 adults and a toddler. Home is in great shape. Fully stocked. We enjoyed our time there and at the nearby beach area. Will visit again soon.

This beautifully appointed home was the perfect setting for our family of 5. Nice open layout, beautiful views, and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the property while visiting family, friends and exploring this part of Texas. The property was immaculate and very well supplied and maintained. The views of the hill country and Lake Travis were stunning. We will be back!

This home was perfect for the ladies self-care weekend getaway! With the world seemingly on punishment and work/life balance lines being blurred, a self care weekend was the reset that we needed. An exceptionally clean place with enough space to have meals prepared and cooked by Chef Gil (Austin based) for the group, peaceful environment for Mawazo Counseling & Consulting to come and lead the Self-care activities and amenities to simply relax and take in the views! Mike and Lindsey’s property, home, neighborhood & beautiful scenery exceeded expectations! Even though this stay was for the ladies retreat, I’d highly recommend checking this particular property for anyone looking to stay in a nice and conveniently located home on the lake. The variety of amenities provided by the hosts was definitely a bonus, it was something for every guest to enjoy. Communication prior to and after booking, from check in to leaving the property was effective and a breeze. Thank you for having us and I look forward to returning in the near future!
