Location location. Location 😀 great apt managers & ready to help if you have issues. Highly recommended in Venice🇮🇹 just bring mosquito repellent.

Mosquitoes because it is near the canal, cement flooring on living room & dining (it makes it more colder)

The apartment is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. It does not, however, feel sleepy or dull. There are restaurants about 50 meters away, but you are tucked into a quiet spot behind the square. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms is amazing. There is a nice little balcony that sits over a smaller canal with gondolas and smaller boats going by pretty frequently. The apartment was large, clean, and well-stocked.

There’s nothing not to like about it. One tip is to close the windows in the evening to avoid letting mosquitoes in once it gets dark. We made that mistake the first night and paid for it. By closing the windows the other nights we did not get any more mosquitos.

Very good location close to major landmarks and tourist attractions. Very well equipped kitchen with a heart warming welcome basket. Really nice view to the canal. Responsive host with good communication skils. We had a really nice week in Venice and this apartment and the host played a major part in it, thank you for letting us stay in that property.

Even if we spent a really nice week in this apartment, I still have some constructive criticism, hopefully the owner will be open minded to listen. I appreciated the effort to protect the environment, further step would be towards better energy efficiency if the windows and doors was changed to better insulated ones. The old windows and especially the kitchen door have massive gaps where cold air coming in and wasted energy and heat is going out. This resulted a constant cold feeling even if the thermometer was set to 20 degrees which is appropriate enough. The master bedroom's bed was squeaking badly until I fixed it temporarily with some liquid soap, the bolts however still need tightening.There was no duvets for that room, only a few layers of bed sheets and bed covers.

Great location, very spacious, easy to get to, beautiful view over canal. Great communication and very helpful with information. Accomodating our early arrival with luggage drop off before check in. Thank you!

The view of the canal from the terrace is wonderful. Location of the lodging was central to the attractions. Everything is within a 10-15 mins walk. We had to walk about 10-13 mins after alighting from the Water Vaporetto that costs €9.50 one way. Directions given was good and we did not get lost. The apartment has a big kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an entrance area with good mirrors. The beds were comfortable. There was a huge drying rack that came in handy for our laundry for 5 pax.

Realised that throughout Italy, the heaters are set at 20°C by regulation. Still a tad too cold for us from sunny Singapore.

We loved our stay. The communication from the host was excellent. We liked the size of the Apartment, how well equipped it was and how clean it was and the fact it had two bathrooms and a good size washing machine and drying rack (an essential for us with an 8 and 10 year old). The location was excellent, nice and quite but next to a central piazza (Santa Maria Formosa) and really easy to get to the main boat taxi port (St Marco Zacharia) way easier in my view than getting there from Rialto Bridge. The apartment has a canal out of most of the windows and balcony right onto the path the gondolas take, it's a really exceptional view! We recommend a trip to Burano it's worth the long ferry rides (which are especially long on the way back)!

The beds were a bit hard, however we found many of the places we stayed in Europe have harder beds than we are used to in NZ. Having a reminder note or invoice about payment of the tourist tax at the apartment would have been helpful
