It was clean.

Better hotels in better locations for the price.

Hotel was well placed between two metro lines. We found that the hotel was very quiet. Staff were very helpful, helped arrange for our luggage to be delivered to our next hotel.

Room was very warm when we arrived and the air conditioning wouldn’t go very low. Beds whilst not uncomfortable are quite hard.

1- breakfast was very disappointing- some white buns, little sandwiches with lots of bread and a slice of cheese and a slice of ham, canned fruit, very runny scrambled eggs which I suspect were mass produced, a few mediocre western salad bar type salads- a few little squares of cakes, coffee juice- Nothing Japanese- no miso soup- no Dacian radish pickles - Not the kind of full Japanese breakfast I received at every other hotel buffet - no where to sit in lobby as it’s taken up by their cafe tables- there are two chairs next to reception-

Location is great. Easy access to Kanda, Otemachi and even Tokyo station is 10 mins walk only. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very responsive through online messages. I like the bathtub with accurate control of water temperature The room and bathroom are very clean. My family booked two rooms and stayed 5 nights. It is great stay for us.
