В апартаменты мы прибыли к 11 часам. Нас встретили, разрешили оставить вещи, передали ключи. Мы пошли гулять и пить кофе. Через 1 час апартаменты были убраны, постель заправлена. Расположены апартаменты на центральной улице с магазинами, но тихо. Окно в спальне выходят на тихую узкую улицу, в кухне-гостиной во внутренний двор. На кухне пользовались только микроволновой печкой. Чтобы её включить надо вначале включить выключатель у розетки на стене.

Кофемашина была, не было капсул. Проверить как она работает не возможно. Мы завтракали в кафе. Душевая лейка плохо крепится, пришлось её закрепить при помощи отвёртки (была в ящике на кухне).

O apartamento está muito bem localizado e tem todas as comodidades necessárias, apesar de só o utilizarmos para dormir , pois só ficamos 2 noites em Bolonha. É perfeito para estadias prolongadas. Apesar de não termos estado com a proprietária, o acesso foi muito fácil, pois enviou o código para entrarmos e trocamos mensagens, tendo sido muito simpática a aconselhar restaurantes. Gostamos muito.

Não gostamos do sofá cama na sala. Os meus filhos (adultos) dormiram nele e queixaram-se que era muito desconfortável. Também as cortinas no quarto e na sala deixam passar muita luz. Tudo o resto foi perfeito.

Location was excellent. In the middle of everything. 7-8 minutes walk to piazza maggiore. 12 min. waşk to train station. 5 minutes walk to the market. Near to bus stops.

Kitchen was better equipped than most and the fridge was bigger than most. Though we didn't use it, there as also a good-sized freezer. Plenty of surface space in bathroom. Good water pressure. Used heating element once for just a little while and it worked fine. Arianna was very quick to respond to texts.

We had no idea the apt. was in a locked building; no idea what floor; no idea what apt. #. I told host the day before exactly what train we'd be on . Got to apt. and no way to get in front door of bldg until another tenant slipped out. Then no idea of where to go so went to an office on 1st flr & had her call the host, who then identified what floor/apt. to go to. Had a lot of trouble with the old fashioned key to door. Eventually someone came to show us around apt. I get that host's child was unexpectedly home from school but can't imagine why she didn't text me. How we were supposed to get into locked bldg? I also disliked that the light between apt. and lift was not activated by motion detector, so it was totally dark and there was a step. Had to turn on flashlight each time.

Couldn’t beat the location in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to attractions. The apartment is spacious and clean with all amenities needed.

It's located right at the center of the city. Both the bed and the couch were very comfortable. It was very clean. The apartment was spacious. AC's were working very well.
