Owner did not honor my booking

This is such a lovely place! Nice room with enough storage space and air conditioning. The whole place is set in a beautiful tropical garden with a pool and sun beds. There is even a kitchen for the guests where you can prepare your own meals. The host is incredibly friendly and kind, always looking out for the comfort of his guests. He went out of his way to provide everything for a pleasant stay. In the morning you can have a delicious breakfast on a terrace right on top of a rock with an amazing view over the ocean. The location is nice at the end of the village with easy access to a secluded beach. I highly recommend this guesthouse. Thanks again for this unforgettable stay!

The pool and garden was very nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and comfortable with AC, swimming pool fantastic, bfast delicious, they even cooked a dinner for us! 200m to the beautiful beach, center of Balapitiya is in 10min walk distance, full of food options and shops.. definitely worth to visit ! We highly recommend this place :)

Tea/coffee on site is not that delicious, but after we told them I am sure they will do better :)

You need to cross a narrow road to get to the deck looking out to the ocean. The view is breathtaking! They are nearing completion of two rooms on that side of the hotel. Will definitely visit once complete.

There is an issue with flies so keep the room doors closed at all times.

Great little place that is off the beaten track. About 10 rooms but only 2 in use when we were there. Swimming pool is fine. Best things are dinning area overlooking the sea - great for breakfast and dinner. Food was good. Lovely little beach about 100m away - we were the only ones there on both days we went! Very helpful in arranging onward travel. This is a place for those who want to escape from the crowds and get good value for money
