We were a hen party group of 10 staying here. Living and dining area downstairs is nice and very spacious. Bedrooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are looking a little tired and in need of a spruce up. Pool clean but cold. Overall the villa certainly met the needs of our group. Fab location too. Easy booking process and communication from property manager Jim was superb. Thank you!

Couldn't fault Jim as a host. He was always on hand to answer any questions and also pointed us in the direction of a local transfer. The location of the villa was perfect for a hen-do with a convenience shop less than 5 minute walk, and the strip about a 10 minute walk. The villa was plenty big enough for 12 women, although it was a struggle for hot water when everyone showered at once (to be expected) I would say that there is some maintenance that needs to be addressed; unable to close doors properly, filter by the poolside is a trip hazard, unable to open blinds etc. But these things were minor in comparison to the great time that we had. Would definitely book again for a group of adults. Thanks Jim and team :)

I had booked Villa Santa for my sister's hen weekend and it was the perfect accommodation close to main strip by a short walk. Jim was very accommodating and very quick replies with the communication back and forward. We would definitely recommend villa Santa to anyone who is interested in booking and hope to return again ourselves.

Our second trip to the same villa. Jim was a superb point of contact through, transfers arranged and always immediate responses to any queries. 16 males on a ‘lads trip’ and the location was ideal. Short walk to new Strip, and only 7 euros for a taxi to old town. Pool table and table tennis could do with an update but all in all another great trip.

10/10 location & stay for myself and 14 guests! Plenty of room for everyone & bathroom space etc. property could do with a little TLC and the pool table could do with a new one, over all cleanliness was 10/10 and couldn’t complain for the money either! Would recommend and return. Jim was a fantastic host and very informative.

We had a great stay at the Villa. Jim was an excellent host and his communication was spot on.

We were 4 groups of families (8 adults and 6 children). The villa met our needs in terms of space, bedrooms, beds, pool and outside areas. However some maintenance work is needed in other areas detailed below. The tiles around the pool are really unsafe when wet (a few falls/slips experienced) and with broken and sharp areas that need attention. Extremely poor condition of pool table and ping pong table that were both completely unusable....better to have just disposed of and not had anything to tempt "what could have been great". There was also a dripping aircon outlet for upstairs bedroom facing pool which dripped down the roof and onto pool walkway area making for another slip hazard as it was the walkway to the bbq area. More kitchen utensils/equipment such as smaller pots and pans would have been helpful. The dishwasher leaked a few times and caused a number of power cuts possibly linked requiring circuit board reset. Jim was great communicating throughout the booking of the villa, during and the lead up to the trip. He also provided information on places to visit. We found the transfers timely and responses from Miguel when we needed assistance to be very helpful. Overall the villa was clean and pleasant throughout and we all had a great time holidaying at the villa.

We had a group of 12 stay here for a hen do and it was ideal! Really good location to the new town but also not a million miles from old town. Big living area for eating/mingling and the pool area was great too! There were one or 2 wee issues with the lights but it should be noted that we didn’t ask for these to be fixed as we weren’t bothered but I’m sure someone would have come to look at it if we had! Jim also arranged airport transfers which were really helpful. Worth noting that taxis etc don’t seem to know where the Villa is?! But it’s right next to a big hotel which is east to use as a landmark. Overall- just what we needed for our stay and would definitely recommend!

I honestly can’t thank Jim enough for everything that he did for us prior to the stay! Communication was fantastic and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect for us! He also sorted all of our transfers to and from the airport which took such a weight off my shoulders! The Villa was absolutely incredible and perfect for our hen party of 15!! It was so clean, the pool area was brilliant and both the outdoor and indoor communal area was perfect for our large group! The Villa and communication was more than what I could’ve wished for! I certainly won’t be hesitating to book again if I return to albufeira! I also won’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family!! Thank you so much again for everything Jim! We really had the best time and we’re gutted to be leaving!!! ❤️❤️

Villa was good a bit tired needs a bit of T.L.C a few snags granddaughter burnt herself on a pipe in the showe. My shower no light came on of a night. Loads of beetles. But it all suited our needs

12 of us went for our boss’s leaving do and had a great time. Villa had everything we needed and wasn’t far from local amenities. It was only a 10-15 minute walk from new town which was ideal, but meant it was still quiet in the evening.

The property itself had everything we needed! The location was perfect for bars, beach, the strip, restaurants and all local shops! The pool was just what we expected and we used it everyday! The host catered for our needs with pull out beds, towels and sun beds. The owner was a quick to fix pool filter and was very easy to contact aswell as a taxi driver who we used for airport transfer! Everyone enjoyed the stay and having an early check in and late check out due to flight changes really helped us as a group! I cannot fault anything in the villa, it’s was perfect for our group and would highly recommend staying at villa Santa! The outside area was perfect, lots of seats and sun beds, very private and inside the villa was big, clean and enough bathrooms, amenities and even a ping pong table!

The location is everything for this property. Very Close to shops, bars and restaurants that are family friendly. 5 minutes from the Strip so you are close enough if you want it but not disturbed if you don’t. Taxi ride to the old town or a 40 minute walk. The Villa is spacious, plenty of sun-beds and a nice little pool. The Villa is showing its age but still pleasant. We had a few little snags but they were all sorted with a quick call and Miguel was a star! We were 7 mature friends and we had a ball! The pool table is an eyesore and needs to go.

From start to finish, the service provided was exceptional. We had great communication with Jim, the property owner who helped us out in organising more than just our accommodation over our weekend stay. The villa was clean and was a great place to stay. Location was perfect for bars and restaurants.

Perfect villa for our family of 12. Situated with all amenities close by. Something for everyone. Communication was excellent and any problem was soon sorted out. We had a problem with the air con in one of the rooms, but this was soon rectified. The pool was a good size and was enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Could not fault the booking process. Jim was very helpful with information and arranging our airport transfer. The villa was in a perfect location for shops and the strip. 6 euros in a taxi to the old town. The villa was well equipped for our needs although it was tired in places and looked very different to pictures in line, these must have been taken quite a few years ago! Maybe need updating so that people aren’t disappointed on arrival.

Couldn’t of asked for better place to stay

We had an amazing stay in Villa Santa! Me and 6 girls had an absolute whale of a time for my hen party. The location is brilliant and a short walk away from anything needed. Communication with Jim organising the villa was very easy and the villa was very clean! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Communication with property manager was excellent, which led to a seamless check in. The property was spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 7 friends, and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the villa was quiet and we'll set out. The ping pong and outdoor space was well used. I would recommend this villa and would defiantly visit again. Location is superb, short walk to shops, bars and the beach.

Myself and 10 friends have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Santa and myself as the trip organiser can honestly say it was one of the easiest large group bookings i've ever done. Communication with both Jim and Steph throughout the year leading up to our booking has been fantastic and they were unbelievably accommodating during the COVID-19 period. Check in / out was incredibly easy, I booked a return transfer through Jim and Steph which was simple and good value. The Villa was incredibly clean, well equipped and there was plenty of space for 11 adults (three bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs / 3 bedrooms upstairs, one sharing a bathroom and one with ensuite). Yes the villa is on a main road, but we didn't notice the noise of the road at all, and actually found it to be very peaceful and quiet. The pool and garden area again was great for 11 adults, plenty of room and sun loungers with a lovely pool, BBQ, pool table and table tennis. The location was brilliant, a small Spar shop was about a 3 minute walk away and a larger Intermarche supermarket was about a 5 minute walk. There was so much choice restaurant and bar wise in the local area and the strip was around a 10/15 minute walk with even more choice! We only visited the closest beach which was a 9 minute walk away which was lovely. Overall a fantastic stay in a lovely, clean villa made even more enjoyable by having owners who have brilliant communication skills and reply very quickly! Really could not recommend enough!
