Lisa the owner was lovely, she showed us around and then left us to it.
Even though the summer house is in her garden it was completely private.
Views are spectacular and we just fell in love with all the little quirks of the place. Lovely touch with the honesty bar.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be booking again just for the views alone!

Location + view is amazing, a perfect escape from the city but also close enough to shops and villages to make it feel like you can get what you need when you need it. It was so picturesque and cozy, absolutely loved our stay
Only minor point is the couch wasn't the comfiest thing in the world - I think that's just because it's a pull-out bed, but as part of our weekend plan was to lounge out we noticed it

Location near ODP, views, welcome was excellent. Honesty bar was great. and unexpected pizza provided for dinner.

The Summerhouse is a lovely little place - comfy bed and beautiful views. Great location to escape from it all. The views from the Summerhouse both upstairs and downstairs are sublime. The decor is quirky and there are some lovely features.
I have no complaints, just observations for future travellers to be aware of. The shower is very low so for someone tall that could be problematic. However, it can be overcome by sitting in the bath with the shower running. A great addition would be an easy chair of some description facing the view.

Absolutely stunning location with a marvellous view!
The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and answered any questions we had. The Summerhouse was beautiful inside and out, with such attention to detail.

The whole weekend was lovely staying here, it was nice and cosy in the evenings with exceptional views and great walking places to take the dogs.

The view exceeded expectations! We was also lucky with the weather which made the views look even more stunning. The owners was friendly and my dog enjoyed running around with their dogs which was handy.
The stairs are a little steep so just be warned if you struggle with stairs going up to bed.

Beautiful views in an idyllic magical location with a really quirky place to stay. Inside you are pleasantly surprised at the space and facilities! Loved every thoughtful detail (p.s. the sofa is more comfy as a sofa bed to watch tv on!)

Extremely unique, one of a kind log cabin. Super welcoming for dogs and lovely location.
The bed isn’t the comfiest and one flat pillow each isn’t easy on the neck.
The stairs are quite steep with gaps so had to block the dogs to stop them trying to get up with the folding chairs, as they usually sleep near us, but we didn’t want to risk them getting caught. A guard maybe a good idea?

Idyllic setting, views were amazing! Quirky features in summerhouse, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it so restful for a weekend break. Owners were friendly (as were their lovely dogs), check in was prompt and although the summerhouse was a part of the owner's garden it was private.

Loved the authenticity of this property, it was so quirky. Alot of thought has gone into the decoration of this property. We absolutely loved it. It has spectacular views of the Welsh countryside, and the sunset we had was spectacular!

Perfect location if you want to get away from it all. Accommodation was exactly as we expected to be and didn't disappoint. Situated remotely but not far away from everything you might need or want. We will definitely return.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful location. Quirky property with lovely views. Honesty bar was a nice touch. Lovely stay, would recommend.
Only suggestion would be something to stop water from the shower going on the floor.

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts who couldn’t have been more hospitable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at The Summerhouse again!

Beautiful place, very happy that we found this place. Not a bad word we could say about this place. The hosts were lovely and helpful and also their 4 dogs were very friendly.
Excellent location for biking with llangdegla trail centre been literally on the doorstep 🙂
Already looking forward to returning!!!
