Great location and great communication. Would be great for a couple.

No air-conditioning in the bedroom. Balcony was very small and sofa bed isn't really for 2 people.

I liked everything. The location is amazing, it is very close to the beach, city and the clubs. Housekeeping came every three days, so the appartments were very clean. We couldn't hear neighbours coming home or anything, so very soundproof. We broke two glasses and lost the key, but each time Asilena responded very quickly, most of the time within an hour. We had a kitchen with everything one needs. It was amazing

Literally nothing was bad. Everything was up and above our expectation

The apartment was clean and the host very accommodating. It's in an area about a mile from the hubub of the old town, just two blocks from the water front and close to many tavernas. It has AC in the living room, and the host provided a fan to help move the air to the bedroom. A small balcony faces the buildings on the back side of the building and provides a nice spot to relax in the evening.

The mattress gave me really bad back pain. The host provided a mattress topper that helped a little, but I would not stay here again as it really impacted my time on the island. The bedroom does not get good air circulation from the AC in the main room, but the host provided a fan that helped move the air into the bedroom. Apartment could use more staples like sugar. There was a bottle of water in the refrigerator on our arrival, which was nice.

Very nice apartment near the center of Kos Island. Good facilities, quiet area, clean house, value for money, I would visit again, either for work or vacations.

The water wasn't heated, but it didnt bother me enough to look into it, maybe something didnt work that would be easy to fix in coordination with the host.

Mosquito window nets were in bad condition so it was easy for them to get through. Would have been nice to have basics like salt & sugar in the apartment. Shower right next to toilet so everything wet - not for everyone

A tastefully refurbished apartment, very clean and comfy for a couple, within walking distance from the new Rhodes Marina, where we arrived on a sailing boat. The nespresso machine was an extra bonus. Good wifi connection. We run into the owner's close relative on arrival, who assisted us with picking up the keys from the locker (never done it before!)

If the windows were equipped with mosquito nets, there would be no need to use air conditioning during the night, even in the heart of August, because the house is so airy and nice. It would be nice if there were some sugar, salt and pepper sachets available... you never bring them along when you travel and you miss them when needed the most!
