Un po difficile raggiungere l'appartamento con le valigie dal parcheggio consigliato

La ubicación
Habitaciones sucias, y zonas comunes también. El ascensor estaba roto y tuvimos que subir todo por las escaleras. Le peor de todo sin duda el personal, muy antipáticos poco serviciales, buscad otra opción no os alojéis ahí. Las fotos por la web muy bonitas pero después NO TIENE NADA QUE VER.

We were so thrilled when we opened the door to the apartment! The apartment was clean, comfortable and very update. We had everything that we required for our stay. The location was likely the best in Innsbruck; steps from the Goldene Dachl and in the heart of the Inner Stadt. Check-in procedure was very clear and easy to follow. Margit, the host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would most definitely return to Daxburg Apartments❤️

De locatie in de stad. Praktisch en schoon.

De locatie! Het fijne appartement ligt midden in het mooie, oude centrum van Innsbruck, op loopafstand van het station, vlakbij het beginpunt van de Nordkettebahn en de bus naar de Patcherkofel!
Klein puntje: de douchegel was na eenmaal douchen op.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any messages. The location couldn't have been better and was even more central than we expected. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Innsbruck. We also had welcome cards waiting for us on arrival which provided access to some free public transport and discounts on some of the attractions in Innsbruck.

Lugar limpo e a decoração de muito bom gosto, a cama super confortável, mas pra mim o ponto alto é a localização perfeita, bem no centro histórico. Inclusive nós conseguimos ir andando da estação de trem pra lá tranquilamente.

Everything was fine with the apartment, and the location was perfect, eventhough the noise from the bells heard from the next door church.
It was provided really clean, with good towels, and has diverse options of restaurants, shop stores and some parking garages just nearby.
Comfortable double bed (for a couple) and an additional comfortable sofa bed for two people.
Not a big deal but, maybe, an small microwave could be provided, to make already avaible kitchen tools a perfect set.

Location, size, friendly helpful owners.
Only a really minor point. Could do with a toaster and maybe some basic bits like pepper (salt was provided) and a small amount of coffee as there is a filter coffee machine provided. Similar places I have stayed in Innsbruck have these. Otherwise perfect.

Die Lage ist absolut grossartig! Sehr bequemes Bett und schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment mit einer guten Grösse für 2 Personen. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über Schlüsselkasten,was für uns sehr praktisch war. Viel Infomaterial zu Innsbruck vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten!
Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet, kochen wäre so nicht wirklich möglich. Dusche ist sehr klein und eng - für uns war das kein Problem, aber für grössere/breitere Personen vielleicht schon.

The location was great, right in the middle of things but very quiet because of the thick walls. We enjoyed the church bells. They are very close and hence very loud, but they don't ring at night.

The location, a few minutes walk away from “Das Goldene Dachl “the golden little roof”, Innsbruck’s best known landmark, could not be bettered.
Although I did not meet our host until we were checking out, I found it quick and easy to communicate via email sent through the site.
Nothing really. A minor repair wasn’t done, but it was of little importance.

Location clean beds good
I mentioned difficulty opening and closing to managers son and offered to be shown how to open and close correctly. I did this because I was wanting to care for the premises. I was told I was not needed to be shown. I then got an abrupt email which implied I had caused the problem. I took care to be very gentle with the windows and not open them when i wanted air. They were not new and there were no instructions.

Nice place well locaded in the heart of the beutiful old town. Spacious apartment well equipped and clean. The Cathedral is located next to the hotel and it starts to ring early in the morning so if you plan to sleep in another location would be better 😊
The tiles in front of the bathroom were a bit cold, it would be nice to have a mat there.
It might be good to have more trash cans so that the trash can be sorted

Great place to stay. Fantastic location in the city center, but still very quiet. Apartment very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Very nice and super helpful owner. If we ever come back to Innsbruck, we will stay in Daxburg Apartments again!

The locations perfect and a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop to/from the International airport. it is right in the centre of the city and perfect for everything which is all walkable. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished and the kitchen was very useful for making our own breakfast and snacks.
We had to ask someone to change our towels after a couple of days as this was not done routinely. The smoke alarm in the bedroom started to beep every 30 seconds in the bedroom at 3am. I managed to disconnect it and wrote to the owner but did not receive any reply which was disappointing. Apart from that the stay was excellent.

Next door to church meant we could hear the church bells going off often and loud
