Location at the marina. Fully equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. Private underground parking space.
There was very little natural light in the main living area. Bedroom and kitchen have the best windows.

Apartment was lovely, good facilities, comfortable bedding, short walk into old town, spacious and I enjoyed the pool. close to the marina so lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance
could definitely be cleaner. lots of dust especially in bedroom and bathroom

The only.slightly negative was the balcony didn't get much sun due to its location

The location was ideal for us. The marina is only a 15 minute walk from the old town and has plenty of its own cafes and pubs. We liked that the apartment had a washing machine as we stayed for 2 weeks. Also we liked the security of the apartment block and the free undercover parking.
The only minor gripe we had was that the TV. could have been mounted closer to the sitting area for better viewing. Other than that we have no other complaints. Fortunately the wifi was good so we were able to watch movies on our laptop. This would not be an issue in the summer when it is likely we would not spend as much time watching TV.

the apartment was very spacious, clean with lots of amenities. ir was at the marina, the view was incredible. walking distance to old town Albufeira, the beaches etc.

Modern apartment on floor 1 overlooking Albufeira marina.
Designated underground parking space with lift. Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom & separate lounge. All rooms spacious with great views over the marina from the bedroom, kitchen & balcony (off the lounge). Swimming pool accessed from ground floor.
Couldn’t fault it. Could happily live there.

The property was in a beautiful location overlooking the Marina. There are lots of restaurants, bars, activities and a supermarket. The property is a pleasant 20 min stroll into old tow Albufeira. It is a lovely well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment.
