Overall a very good stay, good location, nice easy walk into town. Bus stop not far from accommodation. Luca was very kind and helped me with getting to agriturisimo a short drive away as taxi was difficult to get. Staff were all lovely. Grazie!

No kettle for tea

Everything went well except that the air conditioner was broken and they did not tell us in advance. Being that the weather has been very hot the night was uncomfortable and restless. They should have told us in advance about the air conditioning problem.

Air conditioning.

Despite conformation from Booking and the hotel, the hotel gave the room to someone else. An email presented one explanation blaming technical error in the room. Upon arrival the receptionist another, blaming booking.com and knew nothing about technical errors... The truth is that they use this hotel to take bookings for another hotel they have close by. How stupid is that? Do they believe we are morons? And to your comment: No - we did not stay there. Because despite you confirming the reservation by email - an email I still have - when we came you had given the room to someone else! But this was NOT booking.com's fault. That was the point!

The staff was very nice and tried to solve any problem we had. Also, they gave us great tips (thank you, Lorenzo). View from the hotel is incredible and they are walking distance from the city centre.

No AC, no toilet paper refill, no new towels - they just kept taking them away (we stayed for a week and ended up sharing a towel for most of the stay), weak/no WiFi in room, clogged sink, stained day blanket, poor restaurant recommendation, no breakfast, no high quality drinking water tap

Staff was great. Location is good.

Mid summer but the jacuzzi you can see in several photos was not available. The AC unit in the room was not available either. No place within the hotel where to have a drink. No fridge in the room to keep your drink cool.
