Location and staff, large room

Could literally feel the springs in the matress...didn't rest well due to the poor bed quality

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed is massive. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very complete and has many options available. The coffee is superb. I would definitely go back in my next trip to Alghero.

Location - 15 minutes walking to the old city; Breakfast - fresh orange juice available, good variety of products (eggs, cheese, tomatoes, meat, cakes, fruits); the staff from the reception extremely kind, attentive, helpful, patient (answering to many questions and giving many information about the city/ sights), flexible (this is by far the strength of the hotel)

Some rooms are not well isolated and therefore sometimes noisy (if you have a light sleep).

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Spacious immaculate rooms. Lovely staff who were extremely helpful. Great breakfast!

everything. great hotel! just all one could need. slightly out of town but it’s great to be in a local place with easy access to the old town. best of both worlds. people working there are top notch. breakfast is great. and a great vibe. this is a ten out of ten place to stay.

everything was perfect

Comfy bed, large room, excellent breakfast. Lactose free products available. Fresh coffee at last, bravo! I hate having to make my own coffee from a machine I dont understand. Staff at breakfast were very helpful

We asked for a 2nd key as you need to leave one in the socket to keep electric in the room. When you are travelling you need to charge tooth brushes, phones, computers. On day one the cleaners removed the key from the socket so nothing worked when we returned to the room, computer batteries flat etc. I thought the hotel was a bit too far from the old town, about a 20 minute walk but then I'm slow & it was hot The aircon didn't work, apparently it was still on winter mode, so to stop it heating the room, they just turned it off! It was too early in the season th have it on cooling mode???

Rooms very comfortable. Lots of space. Staff all really friendly. Gents on reception super helpful and Lizia at breakfast was amazing - taught us Italian while filling us with coffee. We kept one room an extra day and they gave us loads of clean towels and even found a mislaid phone charger.

Limited space for sitting out during the day as pool wasn’t open yet while we were there.

Lovely staff and great location. Delicious breakfast. Also liked that the room was spacious had great WiFi. Staff always had a smile and very helpful.

Good hotel near the city center. The rooms are not very modern but comfortable. Good breakfast. Great and helpfull staff on the reception - thank you for your help with our luggage and a taxi! Good hotel for one-two nights.

Paid bottles of water in the room - I've never seen anything like this before. That's not critical, but a little bit strange.

The superior room was perfect with a large bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of cereals, bacon, eggs and Italian sweet cakes. The Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The old town was a short walk away which is beautiful with various restaurants.

It was a pity the pool was closed.

Great location a short walk from the main old town/waterfront. Very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the rooftop pool.

The pool opening hours were restricted, it would have been nice to be able to swim before 10am.

The hotel is great. Good location, staff wonderful and my room exellent. We had heavy rain so I couldnt see the pool but my room had access to a lovely garden room. Thoroughly recommend

Late check in was possible, staff was super friendly and made everything super easy! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! The location is also great, we arrived late and managed to eat out and also enjoy great bars by the sea just walking 10 minutes! Super recommend! And we also loved Alghero!

Bathroom seemed to have been recently done and shower was powerful.

The bed was uncomfortable and air conditioning could not be regulated, despite reporting to staff.

The Jacuzzi didn't work at the time of stay, which was disappointing as it was to be my treat ad the reason I booked in the hot weather. I was baffled by the workings of the TV and, although the Manager was sure it worked, it took three people in my room for some time to try and work it out! Not what I want to do on holiday. They succeeded eventually, however it was not easy for me to use; maybe my lack of knowledge about these things. It might have been useful to have obvious written directions for the guests. I was baffled by the use of the shower which threw down water generously but it was difficult to moderate the heat without first getting totally wet by cold water! Even. the receptionist got soaked! I could not get the hand shower to work, maybe again my lack of expertise with these things. The shampoo/soap containers there, in saving money, I thought gave out small, ungenerous portions when pressed, even tho there were addition al tiny soaps for use. My stay was affected by my being unable to simply negotiate the technical hurdles of the room. Maybe written instructions would be useful for the uninitiated.

Location is perfect. Very central. Staff is super friendly. From the courtyard garden for the morning breakfast to the roof top pool, everything is great. Very clean, spacious rooms. There is a bus service (Beach bus) just 5 minutes walk away with an easy access to mostly all the beaches around Alghero.

We booked very last minute - the same day that we wanted to stay, just for 1 night, which resulted in a high price.
