The air conditioner killed me. You should bring a jacket for the reception and the dining room for sure! The typical towels at the pool before breakfast and then most of the people not even there. Thank you for nothing.

The location with direct access to the beach. The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. Comfortable beds.

The room could have done with some more furniture. There was the bed, two bedside tables and a chair. A table would have been useful and there was plenty of space for it. I ended up bringing in the plastic table from the balcony because there was nowhere to put anything down. Also a suitcase stand would be good, again, there was nowhere to put the suitcase to open it. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner but the quality of of the food was mediocre at best. The wifi didn't work in the bedrooms.

Our stay was FANTASTIC! The hotel is amazing, very well located and easy to get by train and literally in front of the beach. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean (we got the side view apt and not disappointing). The staff was extremely helpful, they even lent a sunshade to us that was left by another guest. Extremely worth paying for breakfast and even one of the other meals (or all) cause the 15EUR buffet is delicious (not suuuper vegetarian or vegan friendly, but I'm sure they can accomodate if you ask). The pool, patio and amenities (lobby, bar, etc) were superb and welcoming! Don't miss the sangria they offer, which is great! The hotel is super family friendly, they even offer daily entertainment at multiple hours. Definitely worth the stay! Super recommended!!

The wi-fi only worked well in the lobby, bar and restaurant. But for us this wasn't an issue since we wanted to disconnect anyway!

Amazing breakfast!

It was a dog friendly hotel but I could only have my dog in the hotelroom, that's not super dogfriendly according to me.

Lovely hotel with a room on the seafront. Very large beds and very clean room. Excellent spot for relaxing, walking on the prom etc.... Breakfast very good with plenty on offer. Would have been nice to have some breakfast tea instead of all the scented varieties but not a major issue, we can bring our own next time.

Lighting system poor. The toilet/bathroom light system lit up the whole suite so it disturbed the other person when we got up in the night to use the bathroom.

They advertise the property with photos that aren’t the same with the rooms . neither the view or the position. they need to fix the showers and toilets.
