Our family stayed there with several of us participating in the nearby Ironman 70.3 Michigan event. The property was clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked for our needs.

We had a great trip! House was perfect for our family! We loved how close crystal lake is to the house. Very shot walk! We visited Frankfurt, sleeping bear dunes while we were there! Susie is such a sweet host and made you feel right at home!

My husband and I and 2 teen agers fit comfortably. we brought our deck boat and enjoyed Crystal lake. The house was clean and stocked well. The boat ramp and public beach was 2 blocks away and a wonderful parking lot for our boat and trailer. we took day trips to Sleeping bear dunes only 20 min. away.

The house was large enough for our family of five to move about comfortably. It had everything we needed. The fenced in patio area was great for the kids to run around a little. It was a quick block away walk to the beautiful beach. The host was accessible and super friendly. The town and restaurants were fervent for a small town. Loved it

Enjoyed our stay. Many places to walk to or a short drive to several things to do. Susan the owner was so helpful with possibilities. She was very gracious and kind. Concerned for our comfort and any needs. Would stay here again. Thanks much for everything. Olar Family 7/18/2020

Overall fantastic stay! This place is essentially located in downtown Beulah (we walked to town and restaurants daily - everything less than 3 minute walk) and happens to also be a short 2-3 minute walk to Beulah Beach (Crystal Lake). Can't beat location. Suzie was a superb host, and home has everything you need for a great stay with your family. We will definitely return! Thanks for the great stay.

Myself and two cousins had a wonderful quite and home like environment for 4 nights...beautiful place warm and comfortable along with a wonderful manager that helped us all feel very much at home and added fun with sharing time and friendship, would definitely visit for another stay !

The owner, Susan Kuddes, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was well maintained, short walk to Crystal Lake and short drives to many locations. Beulah is charming.

The house was perfectly located. It was modern and very clean had everything you could want. Close to the beach and shopping with many things to do within 20 mile radius. Our host was gracious and willing to please. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was very nice. There were six in our party and with three bedrooms and two baths, it worked out nicely. Here are the items to improve. First there was an odor from insecticide or cleaning products for the first few days. It eventually dissipated. The smoke alarm was missing but the property mgr brought us one and we did find the original by the washer. The white painted kitchen chairs were wobbly and one came apart so these need attention. Those were the issues but the rest of the stay was excellent.

Spacious and ideal for our group of 6 family members! Convenient location within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops on Benzie Blvd, Beulah Beach, and Betsie River Trail. Well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a deck for dining al fresco! Check in instructions / general information need updated— location of keys was inaccurate and we searched everywhere before finding towels in bins under the bed. A wall cabinet for storage of toiletries and make up would be helpful in the second bathroom. We would recommend The Stone Cottage and would definitely stay again!

Newly remodeled, very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy, owner takes pride in her place and it shows. Wine cooler came in very handy! Short walk to beach, restaurants, very quiet.

We absolutely loved our week long stay in this home. Our host went above and beyond with the details of our trip (bikes, wine in wine fridge on arrival, cookies, etc.). Beulah is a quiet town with plenty of things to do from eating out, to biking and running the trails around Crystal Lake (less then 2 blocks from the lake). Frankfort is only a 15 minute drive, as well as Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City are around 35 minutes away. All of the updates in the home were very much appreciated (GREAT SHOWERS AND KITCHEN, KING SIZE BED IN MASTER). Things we loved: BEULAH: L'Chayim sandwiches, Cherry pie at the Cherry Hut, Ursa Major Bistro (ice cream and coffee), A. Papano's Pizza (great service and quality pizza!) GLEN ARBOR AREA: Sleeping Bear Dunes, Art's Tavern (especially breakfast), Cherry Republic, M-22 (wine tasting), Good Harbor Bay Beach (East of GA), Market 22 (amazing pizza and sandwiches) TRAVERSE AREA: Moomer's Ice Cream, Interlochen Arts Camp, Buds at Interlochen, DOWNTOWN TC: Poppycocks Restaurant, Festini's (Oils and Vinegars) FRANKFORT: Stormfront Brewing, Point Betsie Lighthouse OLD MISSION PENINSULA:10+ wineries (visited Chateau Chantal - amazing scenery, white wine was great, didn't care for any of their reds...), BEAUTIFUL SCENERY all along the peninsula. You will love staying here, don't hesitate booking this amazing house/location!

Our family had a wonderful week at Stone Cottage. The property is 1 block from downtown and the lake. Beulah offers small town charm and Crystal Lake is clear and a vivid blue. The newly renovated cottage provided plenty of room for 5 adults and is close to Franfort and Sleeping Bear Dunes Park. The owner, Suzie, was gracious and helpful. Would strongly recommend this cottage for families looking for a beautiful, quiet vacation close to a stunning lake.

This was our first time staying at the Stone Cottage and it is safe to say we were impressed. First of all, Suzie is a wonderful host. She always was checking in and making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. The stone cottage was wonderful. We had a couple and two singles. Therefore, the three bedrooms were perfect for us. The kitchen is beautiful and we really enjoyed having the wine cooler to chill all the local wines we tried. The bathrooms were fantastic. We felt like royalty with the shower heads! A very important thing to us especially staying at a rental is the beds. The beds were great very comfortable! We also enjoyed the patio outside and the grill. Another great aspect to the house was the location. It was a block away from downtown Beulah, which was very helpful when going to get coffee at Ursa Major in the morning. It was also two blocks from crystal lake. Overall, if you want to stay at a beautiful place in a great location, the stone cottage is the place for you! We will definitely be going back to the cottage next time we are in the area. Our family stayed for a week this summer and we had a great experience. The cottage is clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. It's very spacious and has some great features, like the full sized kitchen, private entrance from the back and the porch overlooking Main Street in Beulah. It's very short walk to Crystal Lake, with beautiful evening views. We also enjoyed being close to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and Traverse City. The surrounding areas have so much to offer! The owner was gracious and responsive. Thank you!!
