Room was clean bed dipped in the middle

Only one tea bag when I tried t make 2 teas in the morning

We booked a twin room through yourself and when we got there it was a double room. We were unable to get the twin room we asked and instead had to share a bed wasn’t ideal. The hotel said it was an issue with booking.com so it wasn’t great

Good location in Hatfield close to the Galleria shopping centre. Handy for A1M. Hotel has been modernised recently. Room was very clean but kind of small for an executive room. Very nice bathroom. Very efficient heating and AC. Ample car parking.

Having to agree to a £50 hold on card even though not using restaurant.

In the middle of university campus

The room was lovely, comfortable bed, clean and well presented. My personal preference would have been to have bath facilities instead of only a shower, but nonetheless, the bathroom was clean and everything worked well.

Whilst the room was very nice, the location was not ideal. I was awoken by a group of intoxicated students that I assume reside in the student accommodation that share the plot with the hotel. This group were outside the window and were loudly singing and talking at roughly 4am, making it difficult for me to fall back to sleep. Furthermore, the food and overall service in the on site restaurant left a lot to be desired, so much so my husband was unable to finish his meal and we cancelled our breakfast booking.
