Easy short walk to base of Lumberjack lift and if snow is plentiful you can ski back to house. Very spacious home, rooftop hot tube, great bedding and baths, fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, large dining table and bar seating. Our 3 generations - parents, children and spouses and 5 grandchildren totaling 11 deemed it our favorite place to stay at Copper. Rebooking with River Ridge Rentals for 2025- dealing with a local rental agency that is accommodating, efficient and top notch is fabulous!

This property is spacious and has a very nice location. We noticed several issues with the house that suggested a lack of routine maintenance such as shower drain not draining, smelly pipes under the bathroom sink, windows with broken handles, and clothes dryer quit working. The maintenance team did respond promptly and successfully to our requests other than that they were unable to fix the dryer at the end of our stay. Beware the bunk beds did not seem safe to use for the top bunks.

All furniture, bedding, linens etc. have been used beyond their life expectancy. Look at other updated properties prior to booking this home. We purchased mattress toppers and new linens for all beds during our 3 week stay. Management company was great to work with, property furnishings are in poor, over used condition.

Reviewer Comments: Our overall vacation was wonderful, but our party of 11 was disappointed in our rental, especially considering the cost. It was not clean when our party arrived, and I would have complained immediately had I been the first person to get there. The kitchen still had crumbs on the floor and pancake remnants on the griddle from the previous guests. The refrigerator also had lingering spills inside that weren't wiped out. (I have pictures if needed.) The front door handle didn't work, and when this was brought to the attention of maintenance (who was called bc the hot tub had sand and dirt in it), they said they were aware of it, but made no mention of trying to fix it... The house layout was great, and if maintained and cleaned better, it would have been wonderful. But spending over $8k on a dirty house definitely didn't sit well with the adults in our group. The location to the slopes was great, and we loved being on the green/west side of Copper. The shuttle service was also very convenient.

House was amazing and in a great spot. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Only complaint was the bunk bed mattresses and pillows were not very good. That being said I would rent again

When we arrived the outside gas grill - all 4 burners - had been left on high since the last guest who used the grill. This negligence could have led to a tragedy. On a less important note, WiFi was intermittent at best. For a house of this caliber, it was minimally appointed. There were few towels were available - no facecloths.

Although we had a few maintenance issues arise, they were taken care of right away! This was the perfect house for my family of 5 plus my parents and in-laws. The hike up the Lewis Ranch road provided great exercise, but the Copper Coach was wonderful when we didn't have the energy to walk back up. The grill was fantastic, the hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking, golfing and mountain biking. We loved exploring the hiking trails just up the street. We can't wait to come back!

We visited Copper Mountain with our three children and their families. We had a great time with the grandkids and we had plenty of room for the whole family. We were near Leadville, Breckinridge and Vail and spent time in all three towns. The home was beautiful and perfect for our family.

Great property overall in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed. Several of the pillows were in need of replacement, and one of the beds was worn and had a relentless squeak of springs with any movement. Would consider renting again.
