Townsend Place A107 is in an outstanding location! It is about a six or seven minute walk(uphill) to the village. It is truly a ski in/ski out condo. Skiing to the Elkhorn lift each morning was so easy. It was a little tricky at first trying to figure out how to ski back to the condo, but we figured it out— you take the Oxford Skiway to the Creekside Skiway, which is located next to the Strawberry lift. Fresh chocolate chip cookies served by the many chefs at 3:15PM every day at the base (Centennial lift) was a special treat! Using the Beaver Creek shuttle service was extremely easy and it is so nice that the shuttle actually comes down to your building to pick you up. I was able to walk to the Hyatt in ten minutes for a scheduled massage. The location of this condo is superb and the written description and pictures are net completely. The condo is quite small, but my two adult sons and I had plenty of room. The ski locker accommodated two pairs of skis and poles, but we did wear our boots to our condo. My only recommendation would be to have two more comfortable (softer) chairs for the tv area. Having the ottoman was very nice, tho. I highly recommend this condo and I would love to stay there again! Oh! And the hot tub was very enjoyable, not crowded, and very clean. We took a dip in it every day after skiing.:)

Location was excellent, it was very well stocked with supplies and very clean. It has a wood burning fire place that worked well. The only thing that was a little confusing was the ski-in/ski-out. Otherwise, great place to stay. We will return!

Condo was very nice.....I left two messages with the Berkshire management company to call me, no return call back. Very surprising when you rent a nice condo and can't get a call back to answer some simple questions

Overall, our stay in the condo was tolerable Disappointed in the appointments of the condo. Furnishings were sparse and out of date. Dining table unsteady. We adjusted since we spent more time out of the condo. Convenient location though.

The cleanliness and the location of the unit were outstanding. We’ll certainly be back soon.

Condo was super cute, easy to get to the village and overall great place to stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops close enough to walk to and host was extremely accommodating when needing to add on a night before our scheduled stay. I would def stay here again, and would recommend this to property to small families or couples.

If you are not up for a walk, download the Village Connect app. Village connect will take you where you want to go and shows when the driver will be at your location. The ski-in option is nice if some of the family goes in early. The condo was a little small, but we were able to place the luggage under the TVs in the room.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Townsend Place. The until isn’t large or over the top in terms of luxury, but it is everything you need for a great ski vacation. Easy ski in, on demand shuttle to anyplace in Village, wood burning fireplace and great hot tub! We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our recent stay! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and even some spices-the space was more than enough for two of us-but would have been great if our kid joined, too. No AC isn't our favorite, but we still felt accommodated.

The fireplace kept blowing all the smoke into the living room. I did not get to sleep properly due to the popping sound the heater made throughout the night. Oven was lose and almost fell on my feet. Neither Berkshire Hathaway nor VRBO did anything about it.

This unit is a true ski-in and ski-out unit. Because of the snow/ice, we chose to use the Village Connect Shuttle to get to the village and back, but you could easily walk to the village.This unit is small and basic. While I would recommend it to others, I would personally choose a different lodge next year. It was a bit cramped for a family of 4 over 7 days.Pros: - [ ] The unit is clean and well stocked- [ ] Ski-in/Ski-out- [ ] Easy access to ski lockers. Absolutely beautiful and Clean with plenty of room for us. The bedding is perfect or should I say heavenly! Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The grill outside on the patio was prefect for grilling steaks. Beautiful Big screen TV that you could easy turn from living Area to dining room and kitchen.. Parking was right underneath condo with easy access to building with code. This property has Beautiful trails in every direction and the scenery is spectacular. And let’s not forget about the jacuzzi that relieve your aching muscles from a day of hiking or skiing. Thank you

The condo provided a great home base to spend a lovely week in Beaver Creek and enjoy the waning days of summer. We appreciated all the comforts of home in this clean and comfortable space in a great location. The beds were very comfortable including the pullout. I looked up the model to purchase for our spare room. It was a bit noisy facing the main road but we felt it was a great value for the area and we could walk everywhere we needed to go.

We had a great time on our Beaver Creek summer get-away-from-the-heat! The condo wasn't our favorite place we've ever stayed, but it was clean, nice and had everything we needed. It was also VERY conveniently located within easy walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants and hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again. Our only real complaints were that the master bedroom needs darker curtains as it was VERY light in the mornings and we had to work really hard with the open windows/doors/fans to try to cool things off with no air conditioning. We think that's pretty standard in Beaver Creek as we saw the same thing going on in restaurants and shops around the resort. I guess air conditioning isn't really a priority in the mountains! Anyhow, we would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for the great stay!
