L appartamento era perfetto per le nostre esigenze, vicinissimo alla zona più vitale di El palmar, e basta attraversare la strada per andare in spiaggia!! Teresa, la proprietaria, è molto simpatica e super disponibile, e, con il suo modo di fare amichevole, ti mette subito a tuo agio!! Se andate a El palmar per il surf, o per rilassarvi, gli appartamenti Mayte sono perfetti!!! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie di tutto Teresa!!!!

Las almohadas, las toallas y la ropa de cama deberían ser renovadas.

The house for the price ( although is low season) and the location is fine. The mattress is not comfortable at all and the cleaning can be improved. The problem was the landlady : very fake behavior and she pretends to be a chilled person but she is very stressed out and shouted on me horrible stuff.

DON’T GO there! It is not worth your mental health. If you want to get ruined your holiday by a person that it is not emotionally stable and flexible : go ahead with renting it but if you go to El Palmar for a cool vibe and you go to an apartment of locals to have a more humane experience than an hotel: IT IS NOT THE PLACE to go! I have asked her 30 min extra ( in pretty much all hotel is 1h and in houses check out is more flexible when possible ) and she said she had other guests at 16. Then I see her in the street and I told her that I would really appreciate as I have a surf lesson, and I will keep it clean and tops 1 o’ clock , I will Be out . She seemed very chilled about it. I was basically ready at 1240 but she started shouting at me as I was a kid and also made racist affirmation around my southern Italian roots and taking advantage of a situation. It was horrible, I felt trapped inside the room as she was behaving like a psycho. The worst part is that I couldn’t from far imagine it. COMPLETELY TERRIFIED. The clients of the restaurant outside (other negative point: you will feel as living in a restaurant and not in a flat, if you rent it) were shocked. She made me cry. It is the first time I write a bad review and if she will comment that it is false: you choose! I don’t like to be treated with no respect in a place where the host should be kind. She could have said “NO I am not flexible” or asking me that I could stay paying an extra fee. I would have agreed rather than being emotionally abused by the host. It was INSANE.

The property was clean the host was very accommodating... and you only had to ask and she would answer straight away ... would recommend...lovely p.ace to relax

The only thing we didn't like was we had to leave we could have stayed for a lot longer

The place is in an absolutely magnificient location, right in front of the beach. I had a whole porcch to myself which was very nice. Teresa helped with any information needed. It was a a pleasure to meet her and have chats. An authentic experience away from touristy hotels.

Very nice host, good location and great value for money. Of you bring or rent a surfboard, there is also an outside shower which is very practical!

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and there is no window in the bedroom. It wasn't too bad though, as I then decided to sleep on the sofa bed in the entrance area which was more comfy and had a bit of light.

We loved our stay here, it's very comfortable and clean and you have everything you need. The kitchen was big and we enjoyed our meals there in the evenings. The apartment is right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars. We found it very peaceful at night.

Amazing location and very uncomfortable apartment. A great way to spend time in El Palmar.
